CHARMING APPARTMENT NEAR THE BORDER, 150M2

My bungalow is spacious, has three bed-rooms, a huge living-dining-room, 2 kitchens, 1 bath-rooms, 2 toilets . There is also a very pleasant terrace and a large garden, a pond, the nature behind the house!, it is very quiet, in the village you have shops and lovely inns, In May,June, July August September and December, I give the house to groups of 4 to 8 persons. When I receive guests, I am living very discreetly in the basement. I am busy during the day but can be helpful .

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Our apartment (40 square meters) is located in our new building with a separate entrance and offers everything you need for a few relaxing days. Shopping of any kind is within walking distance. The adjacent meadows and forests invite you to take small and large walks. Modern apartment (48 square meters) with large balcony. For sleeping, a double bedroom and a new sofa bed in the living room are available. So a total of four people can stay at the apartment. The apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished. For small children, a high chair is of course available. Our accommodation, true to the motto "small but nice," is located in the small Sasbachwalden surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of the Black Forest and offers a lot of relaxation, adventure and pure life. In the vicinity is the nearest ski resort just 15 minutes by car from the apartment. The beautiful Mummelsee is also a 14-minute drive away and invites you to take leisurely walks.
