Looking for a quiet break in the countryside. We are waiting for you to stay in our quiet peaceful haven in the countryside. Located 1.7 km from the village and about 14 km from La Flèche, 36 km from Le Mans. Our accommodation can accommodate 5 people. -1 large bedroom of about 25 m² with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. (possibility of putting a baby bed), in the living space a sofa bed for 2 people. Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, refrigerator. - shower room, dry toilet.

This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

Parking is free on the street. 15 mins walk from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 7 mins from the Le Mans exhibition center. For motorcycles, the reservation is for a minimum of 3 nights from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24h auto and "Le Mans Classic": 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.

In the countryside of Cérans Foulletourte in the middle of the woods , located 20 minutes from the Zoo de la Flèche and the 24h du Mans circuit, the apartment has its independent entrance, a living room, a dining area and a kitchen.
