Rural location but still easily accessible. On the outskirts of the hamlet of Sengach, surrounded by orchards, fields and forests. In summer there is the possibility to sit outside and barbecue. BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheim city. IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE CENTRAL: Everything you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

The apartment is located in an idyllic small town with beautiful walking paths, vineyards and Lake Aalkistensee, which can be reached on foot. Tanja is a wonderful host. The apartment was beautiful, clean and perfectly furnished as expected. There were even coffee capsules. There was nothing missing. Descriptions are appropriate and also very important, the wifi works. I immediately felt comfortable and could spend the days there well. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. I can only recommend the apartment and should I visit the area again it would be my first choice. All the best!

The accommodation was excellent, it was very clean and tidy, everything you need was available. However, the bedroom cannot be completely darkened, which should be considered if you like to sleep in darkened rooms. Otherwise, we can highly recommend this accommodation, the location is great and Farid is very nice, the communication went smoothly!

We felt very comfortable at Hans-Martin's. The apartment is really beautifully furnished and everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom or on the terrace is available. Hans-Martin is always easy to reach and the time flexibility for arrival and departure was excellent. Only the traffic can prevent you from leaving the window open at night. But due to the good location, the climate in the apartment is also very pleasant on hot days.

I was in Pforzheim for work and therefore unfortunately only had the nights to enjoy the great apartment. Very nice communication, really great and spacious apartment, with everything your heart desires and in a great cul-de-sac location in the countryside. Glad to come back!
