Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Olching

We had a great time in an apartment that was cozy and well-equipped. Good bed. Nearby transportation. Check-in with the lockbox was easy and flexible. We missed the microwave a bit, but we did well without it because there were more frying pans. It was nice to have salt, sugar, oil, spices, etc. ready in the apartment. The apartment does not have air conditioning, so we wondered if it was very hot in the heat. Now, in the spring, there was no problem with it. Definitely one of the best Airbnb homes we've been in. Thank you! 😀

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. After traveling through the UK for 10 days (staying in hotels), Achim's beautiful home was just what my family of 4 (with 2 adult children) needed. House was spacious, lots of natural light, and super clean and comfortable. We were visiting family in Haimhausen and it was a quick 5 minute drive. Munich airport was an easy 20 mins away. The host went out of their way to make sure to greet us upon arrival to show us how everything worked and thoughtfully left some things for us to eat/drink. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Bavaria!

my experience with Helga was incredible, the house was very bright, clean, full of every comfort, she is a special person, kind, helpful, very nice and discreet, her cats were a perfect company, every detail, cared for, overflowed with extreme care, respect and joyful energy! Great stay outside the city. Perfect for short stay and with friends. Hosts very friendly and we got the chance to check-in earlier than 2 pm. Would stay here again. :)

We were very warmly welcomed. The place is very nice and quiet. The kitchen-living room offers space for 4 people to eat, play and chill together, with 2 people sleeping on the sofa bed. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. You can relax in the sauna. The bathroom is clean and has a shower. We will come back and stay a little longer. We are "repeat offenders" and have now been to this beautiful apartment on the Halblech for the third time. As always, everything was wonderful - the apartment is sooo beautiful and cozy and the location is simply unique. We have undertaken several bike tours, to the Ammergebirge, to the Wieskirche, to the lakes - all from the apartment. The beautiful natural perennial garden can be used and every day Mietzi, the neighbor cat, visited us for cuddling. Simply perfect! And on top of that, the apartment and the house belong to two very nice and warm people :-)

We had a lovely few days in Eva’s home during our Munich portion of our vacation. The building was in a walkable area and had a decent amount of street parking as we rented a car because of our planned day trips. We would stay at Eva’s again anytime! Book with confidence!

Place is clean and spacious enough for one or two people. Conveniently located near the public transport station and central train station. Very nice to have washer and dryer just outside the unit. It was so nice to have some coffee provided in the morning. Comfortable pillows and blackout curtains made for great sleeps. Although it may not be the nicest neighborhood in Munich, I would recommend this place for the value.

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

We had a very good stay in the apartment, which was exactly what we needed for this business trip.

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

We had a very good stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to spend a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)
