Monthly Rentals in Old Town, Bologna

Great living space - the flat has been properly thought about, with real furniture, design touches, lots of natural light, practical layout, air-con, and that sunshine escape onto the balcony - we could truly imagine living here (if only !!). It had everything we needed and more. All in a quiet neighbourhood, too, with good restaurants and only a short walk into the main central piazza. And Carlo is everything you want from a host. Always prompt and helpful responses as we planned our visit, met us at the door with a friendly welcome, and helped us out locally too. If and when we come back to Bologna (a lovely city, we’ve really enjoyed it) this flat will definitely be first thing on our list.

MariaGrazia place was really cute and clean. We had the perfect stay in the center of Bologna and the check in was easy and she was great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great location as it's walkable to just about everywhere in the center. Plenty of restaurants, shops, grocery stores in the neighborhood. Although it is located on a bustling street, it was very quiet inside The unit is very clean, but the white everywhere makes it a bit sterile. Maybe a few Bologna touches would make it more homey. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the weekly cleaning service. Wifi worked great. Shower is small, but has great pressure and hot water. We enjoyed the outdoor terraza several times. Kitchen was minimally functional. Would be nice if they at least provided salt and pepper, a lid for frying pan, and some decent sized glasses. There are 30 steps to get up to the hallway to enter the unit which wasn't an issue for us, but may be for others. Sylvia and her team were always responsive, cheerful and accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

Spacious, sophisticated, beautifully-decorated apartment in the heart of Bologna's historic center. This home was in a very safe, very walkable area, just a few minutes from major landmarks like the Piazza Maggiore and Due Torri, plus tons of restaurants, vintage shops and wine bars. An easy 20-minute walk to the train station, as well! Highly recommend this apartment!
