Quiet one bedroom house located behind the main house. Completely separate and private structure with 720 square feet of newly renovated space. There is fully loaded kitchen has ample space for cooking , the backyard has plenty of room for enjoyment and 3 full parking spacing in the alley access gated driveway. The bedroom has a memory foam queen mattress and sleeps 2, the new couch can sleep another and a queen air mattress in the closet. There is also a full bed folding couch

This 2nd floor retreat sits in a prime location of Hillcrest, a highly desirable area in San Diego. It is very bright, quiet, and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with no common walls. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more.
