Beachfront holiday rental in Oléron

This is a wonderful house and location. Secluded, atmospheric, and with a feeling of home.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

I had a pleasant stay in their studio with all the necessary comforts and very clean. Very nice terrace where, upstream, they had found a system to secure the space for my cat who accompanied me during this stay. Line and her family are very friendly, warmly welcome and the friendly exchanges throughout the stay were very appreciable. Many things are nearby, whether shops, restaurants, bike paths, the beach, the market... So many places to discover that I will come back to the island and especially without hesitation to Line and her family.

Very cute little house. Very, very nice garden. Everything was perfect. The decor is very nice. The house is functional. Quiet. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. My dog was more than happy. The village center is 2 minutes away by car. Marie is very responsive. I recommend 200%

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

A fantastic property with plenty of room to be comfortable and relax fully. The outdoor space is fantastic for groups and provides both daytime and evening capacity. The inside of the house is nicely turned out and offers plenty of room for even larger groups; kid-friendly too. The only frustration with the property was the outdoor shower by the pool, which didn't work properly. However, as we had one of the bedrooms spare (which was by the pool), we could get the kids washed off there instead. The local area is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful; enough amenities to be self-sufficient in the house, as well as enough restaurants and evening venues nearby if you want to venture out. Overall, a wonderful place and a wonderful property - merci beaucoup Joulia!!

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

Sandy is an awesome Host. We fell in love with the House the second we arrived. Very clean everything as it is on the Pictures. We felt like at home. I recommend the House for everyone. We will definitely come back. Thank you Sandy for everything. Was a pleasure to stay with you.

The villa is tastefully furnished, equipped and decorated. The layout of the rooms and their layout are ideal for our family of five with three teenagers, so that everyone has their own space. The environment is peaceful and conducive to walks, especially with the beach a stone's throw away, and nice restaurants also nearby. In short, we'll be happy to come back, in summer to enjoy more of the exteriors that are perfect too!

Celine’s house was lovely and extremely well located. The lovely restaurants of La Flotte and the local market were a short walk, and we loved biking around the island. The house itself is gorgeous. We will definitely return!

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful house on the island of Oléron. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: the house is perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The environment is quiet, green and ideal to unwind. The location is perfect for exploring the island easily. A huge thank you to our host, who was welcoming, available and attentive throughout the stay. We'll be happy to go back!

We felt very comfortable and welcome, the apartment with the terrace and the beautiful garden are a gem. The sea is close and the surroundings are very quiet. Only the Internet has repeatedly dropped out, which was sometimes annoying.

We were very well received by Mrs. Denoyer who is very good advice. Pleasant stay, the terrace with the barbecue was welcome.

We had a perfect stay. Conveniently located for touring the whole island. It offers very good comfort and the decoration is neat. Apartment close to the sea. Furnished terrace and private parking. Wifi works great. The bedding is extremely decent. You're all set for a great stay. We recommend and hope to come back soon. Thank you 🙏
