Very good stay, the apartment is close enough to the city center and the beach to do everything on foot. Big plus for private parking. High floor with city view from the living room. The apartment is very pleasant and the residence very quiet. A small hiccup on our arrival but the person who received us was very responsive. I recommend it and we'll be back with pleasure

The loft is very nice, bright, well located, within walking distance of all the activities of Les Sables d'Olonne. The proximity of the bar is really not a problem, even on a frenzied evening for football fans. Camille, the concierge representative who manages the apartment, is friendly and very responsive. I recommend it!

A nice corner, a well-appointed, bright accommodation with what you need to have a good time. The magnificent view of the port and the golf course. A nice aquatic space, too bad the slides were not functional nor 2 pools but we still had a good time. Lots of possibilities around the accommodation. Don't hesitate.

Studio in the countryside with all the essentials for a couple, with kitchen, bathroom and close to La Roche Sur Yon. Peaceful environment ☺️

Quietly located, clean apartment, equipped with all the essentials for a small vacation stay. Lots of greenery around (golf park). Nicolas gave very precise instructions so that check-in etc. were easy and was always friendly and responsive.

Clean and functional accommodation. Very well located in relation to the sea and the city center. Playground in the forest near the property as well as the Parc des Floralies. Great for children! Very easy to communicate with Ingrid!

Very nice accommodation! We had already come, it feels at home! The house is clean and very well-equipped. The garden with its terrace is pleasant and perfectly enclosed (very nice when you have a dog). And most importantly, proximity to the beach and forest is a real plus! Alexandre is responsive and gives all the information. We recommend!!!

Spacious and well renovated house

We had a lovely stay at Sarah's pretty house. The warmth and serenity of the place, the calm and tranquility of the garden and the sweetness of Toulouse the little cat won us over. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Sarah, but she was very kind and quite available. We'll be happy to go back during our next vacation in Vendée.

We wanted tranquility...of Nature . ... walking!!! We are delighted , very nice little corner of Vendee!

Good stay despite the rainy weather at times. Good location, beautiful view (facing the port), pleasant. Shops and restaurants nearby, no need to move the car.

The best thing about this apartment, without hesitation, is the breathtaking view of the port and the ocean. Breakfast on the balcony, in this quiet park. Ideal place for departures for walks and bike rides. Small supermarket and bars/restaurants at the foot of the residence. It would be perfect with wifi in addition and a double bed instead of a triple. The bunk bed is too low, you can easily bump into it and it prevents the use of wall lamps for reading at night. We slept head to toe. The shower is really small, difficult to turn around without moving the faucet. But we still had a great stay.

Very well located apartment with a view of the marina. Easy to park. Marie and Claude are accommodating for check-in time and very friendly! Recommended

The accommodation is consistent with the photos and the listing, very clean and very well equipped, all in a very pleasant environment, access to the pool of the residence is a real plus. I recommend it without hesitating!
