Valérie was immediately very kind and offered us help for our arrival. She was pleasant, responsive and available to us. The apartment is rather well located, 5 min walk from the ferry to the port, 10 min walk from line B and 30 min walk from the city center. The place was spotless. A little small but more than enough for two. Everything was very clean and very well equipped (there is even enough to eat seafood!). The stay went well and we recommend Valerie and her accommodation!

Very good stay, the apartment is close enough to the city center and the beach to do everything on foot. Big plus for private parking. High floor with city view from the living room. The apartment is very pleasant and the residence very quiet. A small hiccup on our arrival but the person who received us was very responsive. I recommend it and we'll be back with pleasure

Great stay for a weekend in La Chaume/Les Sables. Clean apartment with all necessities. Bright, pleasant with a large balcony very pleasant for aperitifs or breakfasts. Quiet residence both inside and outside. Easy parking and transport with the free shuttle, a real plus! Proactive host with his dad, very welcoming and accessible.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this apartment. Everything was in line with (or even better than) what was described in the listing. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and particularly comfortable. The sea view is amazing. The location is ideal, close to all the amenities and points of interest of the city. Host rating was very welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay. As a family of 4, there was enough room for us to stay comfortably for a week. The garden space was a massive bonus, a great sun trap and much nicer than it looks in the pictures. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the beds and sofa very comfortable. We will be back!

Anthony's house is tastefully decorated and matches the photos. We could take advantage of the outside, it would be a plus, but the walls don't push. The proximity of the beach, the market, the restaurants, the church has its advantages and disadvantages (noise). The deep cleaning was not to my liking but there's no accounting for taste. Would definitely stay again.

Coming by train we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. In the apartment there is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We added one night to the reservation so much we liked the place.

The location is perfect, especially for avid beach goers! The town is also incredibly walkable from the location. The apartment was spacious and very welcoming!

The apartment is super located, it is only 100m to the beach. The dunes start right next to the house and it is nice and quiet. From the loggia, you can see the sea. Around the corner is a fish and seafood shop, so you can stock up directly on site and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The private parking is a nice bonus. There is only one restaurant within walking distance and no direct shopping facilities, apart from the Firschmarkt, but that did not bother us.

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!
