Holiday rentals with a patio in Ölüdeniz

Muharrems and his wife are the best characters we have ever met on Ab&b. So helpful on anything we asked about. Also gave us some home made yoghurt several times, location of best bread we have ever had in Fethiye. Also bought us some home made Stuffed Vine leaves, really tasty and just like ones I have had before in Crete. Really enjoyable three weeks in May & cannot wait to go back again for three weeks in September/October. Top Notch 👍👍👍

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

5 minute walk to town and marina. Excellent location. On a hill so need to able to cope with steep gradient. Always got parking close by. Lovely spacious apartment with nice TV. Kitchen well equipped. Overall enjoyed our time here and would use again.

Friendly and available host. Listing is as described. We were a family of two adults and two young children. The garden and pool are a plus. The children enjoyed feeding the cats. It felt like home. The accommodation is clean and has all the amenities needed. Close to the city center of Fethyie, but far from the crowds to rest and be quiet. I recommend this accommodation for a stay in this area

This was a fantastic stay im fethiye. Umur our host went above and beyond for our stay, driving us to Seeme beach which is well worthwhile, shopping, Celic beach Apartment is spacious, spotless with gorgeous pool. Drinking water was provided💯 . Umur also helped us with printing boarding cards We would highly recommend this host for anyone visiting Fethiye

Ahmet’s place was perfect in terms of location and space for three people. Much to do around the area including shops for any groceries. The place was very clean and exactly like the images. Ahmet and co were friendly and very accommodating to all our needs. Also he was very helpful during check in / check out. Would highly recommend. Thank you for such a welcoming and lovely stay.

It was an extraordinary accommodation for us. It was nice to be in a quiet site, new and clean. We felt as comfortable as our own home. We are not looking for another accommodation in Fethiye, we are very satisfied. We thank Mr. Fatih.

We really liked the location. It’s not on the main road so you don’t get the road noise. The views are fantastic. The balcony gets the evening sun. The balcony is large and comfortable, no fly wire. The apartment is really well laid out and very comfortable, including the bed. Good sofa, good TV, wi-fi runs at 20Mbps. Good hot plates, sandwich toaster, no microwave or oven. There is a path with steps at the side of the apartment to reach the main road. The Dolmuş stop to town is right there. They come every ten to fifteen minutes and you can use your credit card to tap or phone wallet. It’s about Euro .70 for as far as you like. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the start of the main Marina where all the boats, restaurants and cafes are including the old town. You can walk for 12 kms on a flat promenade. Birol checks on you and you can ask him anything, he speaks very good English. Beaches - you can walk to So Beach but it’s €25 each for sunbed and umbrella. Would stay again.

Samet and his mother were super nice and we had everything we needed! Absolutely recommended! Everything was as expected and according to the pictures. The place was super central and easy to reach. Thank you so much for everything!

We were thinking of a holiday with a 2-night birthday concept, where we could relieve the stress of the year. As a result of long research, we chose the villa that Ms. Semin put into service. Our first decision and reason for choosing was that she responded to messages very quickly and established a naive and sincere communication. She gave us a lot of confidence and provided as much support as she could at check-in and check-out. He provided us with the most appropriate support at check-in and check-out and in everything that came to our mind. We did not have any problems with cleaning, tidiness and needs. If I had to choose again, I would come without hesitation. I even saved the location of the villa on my maps. The main reason for all of this is the modest sincerity of the host. Mr. Orhan was extremely interested in everything you could think of with his interest and relevance from the first moment we entered the house to our exit, everything you might need in the house was tastefully chosen up to the smallest detail, the house is much more pleasant than it looks in the photos, the beauty of the house and definitely five stars with the interest of the host! We highly recommend it to those who are in the research phase:)

Wonderful place surrounded by nature Perfect spot for who want a piece of tranquility and privacy immerse in the beautiful nature. The villa is 20 min far by car from Fethiye The description matched with the reality The host is always ready to answer to any request at any time. We felt like at home Definitely a place to come back again

We stayed 9 days in the accommodation and were very, very satisfied. We were received in a very friendly manner and Hayrettin Bey was always available in case there were any issues. The villa is very clean. It would be advisable to come by car or to rent one. The city is only 15 minutes away by car. If you want a relaxing stay, it is ideal.

Fantastic place. I didn’t actually believe it for the cost until we arrived. It’s simply stunning. The agency arranged a nice big air con’d Mercedes minibus for us, drinks in taxi provided. 1 hr roughly from Dalaman. The villa is nicely away from the busy area up above. I don’t know what another review is talking about that it’s a busy road, it’s certainly not. The electric gate off the key ring opened to greet us with a beautiful place of our own for 10 days. Huge tv (we’re not out every evening with our daughter in bed) and the owner even came round and helped us fit the fire stick. Nice showers, good washer and dish washer. The side pool is freezing (in May) but the main pool was perfectly cool. Good showers and toilets. Took me 5 days to realise all toilets in turkey have a bidet function lol. Taxi button 50 yards to right of the gate from outside. We will be back. We honestly can’t offer improvement aside from make the small side pool heated, even slightly!

The house was so much nicer than it looked. We did not have any problems during our stay. The host Mr. Mert was very hospitable and caring. He informed us about what we can do. He responded quickly to all our questions. Thank you for supporting us in having a nice holiday.

I went to Mr. Ufuk's house with my group of friends. Mr. Ufuk was really helpful in communication. I contacted him regardless of the time difference. The house was very clean, very handy. The garden, the pool, the seating area, the barbecue, everything was great. We were very pleased. You can choose with peace of mind. The location of the house is a little higher, you definitely need to have a car. It is 30 minutes from the sea and Fethiye bazaar, but it is a quiet place to rest your head. If you come to Fethiye, this should definitely be one of your choices. I would like to thank Mr. Ufuk for everything.

Uğur Bey greeted us at the entrance. The apartment is extremely clean, the location on the block is nice, the pool is very clean, the size is sufficient. It was busy as it was early June. Mr. Uğur is on fire to help with anything. We thank him very much. We had a lovely 5 days as a family. As of the location of the house, I can say that it is equal to both the dead and the city center. It's easy to get anywhere you want with your vehicle. When we come back to Fethiye, it will be one of the places we prefer.

It is a clean, elite, safe and very comfortable facility. It was by the sea, there were no cars passing by, the variety of restaurants and places around it, everything was very good.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Literally very good. It's like you've gone to a friend as a guest. She was immediately solution-oriented and resolved that I wrote for a few needs of the hotel owner so beautiful and helpful. Max 8 minutes to the bus station in terms of location. It is driven by car. Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

The apartment is very comfortable, close to the city trade and easy access to Oludeniz Beach (by car). The host made us very comfortable, and still offered us a treat for appetizer on one of the nights, in addition to the flexible check-out.
