Holiday rentals with a patio in Ölüdeniz

Muharrems and his wife are the best characters we have ever met on Ab&b. So helpful on anything we asked about. Also gave us some home made yoghurt several times, location of best bread we have ever had in Fethiye. Also bought us some home made Stuffed Vine leaves, really tasty and just like ones I have had before in Crete. Really enjoyable three weeks in May & cannot wait to go back again for three weeks in September/October. Top Notch 👍👍👍

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

5 minute walk to town and marina. Excellent location. On a hill so need to able to cope with steep gradient. Always got parking close by. Lovely spacious apartment with nice TV. Kitchen well equipped. Overall enjoyed our time here and would use again.

Hôte accueillante et disponible. Le logement correspond à la description. Nous étions une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants en bas âges. Le jardin et la piscine sont un plus. Les enfants ont aimé nourrir les chats. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le logement est propre et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. A proximité du centre ville de Fethyie, mais loin de la foule pour s’y reposer et être au calme. Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour dans cette zone

Большое спасибо Умуру за гостеприимство и отличный отдых нашей семьи! Квартира была шикарной: три спальни, четыре ванных комнаты, три балкона, огромная красивая гостиная с новой мебелью и полностью укомплектованная кухня. А ещё свой бассейн с лежаками и летней кухней. На кухне в квартире были моющие средства, вся необходимая посуда и даже новые губки для мытья посуды — Умур продумал всё до мелочей. Отдельное спасибо за два больших баллона с водой, бутылку белого вина и нарезки с закусками, которые ждали нас по приезду. Особенно хочу отметить идеальную чистоту в квартире — пять уборщиц (!) готовят её перед въездом новых жильцов. Рядом с квартирой есть «Мигрос» (буквально в трёх минутах ходьбы) и «А101». Через дорогу — красивая набережная для прогулок и пробежек. Умур — самый лучший хозяин квартиры, который встречался нам за время наших путешествий с Airbnb. Было ощущение, что мы в гостях у друзей. Умур, ещё раз большое спасибо за наш отдых!

Ahmet’s place was perfect in terms of location and space for three people. Much to do around the area including shops for any groceries. The place was very clean and exactly like the images. Ahmet and co were friendly and very accommodating to all our needs. Also he was very helpful during check in / check out. Would highly recommend. Thank you for such a welcoming and lovely stay.

Bizim için olağanüstü bir konaklama oldu. Sakin bir sitede olması, yeni ve tertemiz olması çok güzeldi. Kendi evimiz gibi rahat ettik. Fethiye’de başka konaklama arayışına girmeyiz, çok memnun kaldık. Fatih bey’e teşekkür ederiz.

We really liked the location. It’s not on the main road so you don’t get the road noise. The views are fantastic. The balcony gets the evening sun. The balcony is large and comfortable, no fly wire. The apartment is really well laid out and very comfortable, including the bed. Good sofa, good TV, wi-fi runs at 20Mbps. Good hot plates, sandwich toaster, no microwave or oven. There is a path with steps at the side of the apartment to reach the main road. The Dolmuş stop to town is right there. They come every ten to fifteen minutes and you can use your credit card to tap or phone wallet. It’s about Euro .70 for as far as you like. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the start of the main Marina where all the boats, restaurants and cafes are including the old town. You can walk for 12 kms on a flat promenade. Birol checks on you and you can ask him anything, he speaks very good English. Beaches - you can walk to So Beach but it’s €25 each for sunbed and umbrella. Would stay again.

Samet und seine Mutter waren super lieb und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten! Absolut zu empfehlen! Alles war wie vermutet und gemäss den Bildern. Die Unterkunft war super zentral und einfach zu erreichen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles!

Orhan Bey eve girdiğimiz ilk andan çıkışımıza kadar ilgi ve alakasıyla aklınıza gelebilecek her konuda müthiş ilgiliydi, evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey en ufak ayrıntıya kadar zevkle seçilmiş,ev fotoğraflarda göründüğünden çok daha hoş gerek konumu gerek evin güzelliği gerek ev sahibinin ilgisiyle kesinlikle beş yıldız! araştırma aşamasında olanlara şiddetle tavsiyemizdir :)

The villa is 20 min far by car from Fethiye The description matched with the reality The host is always ready to answer to any request at any time. We felt like at home Definitely a place to come back again

Wir waren 9Tage in der Unterkunft und waren sehr sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen und Hayrettin Bey war jederzeit erreichbar, falls es Probleme gab. Die Villa ist sehr sauber. Ratsam wäre es mit einem Auto zu kommen oder zu mieten. Die Stadt ist nur 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Wenn man einen erholsamen Aufenthalt wünscht, ist es Ideal.

Fantastic place. I didn’t actually believe it for the cost until we arrived. It’s simply stunning. The agency arranged a nice big air con’d Mercedes minibus for us, drinks in taxi provided. 1 hr roughly from Dalaman. The villa is nicely away from the busy area up above. I don’t know what another review is talking about that it’s a busy road, it’s certainly not. The electric gate off the key ring opened to greet us with a beautiful place of our own for 10 days. Huge tv (we’re not out every evening with our daughter in bed) and the owner even came round and helped us fit the fire stick. Nice showers, good washer and dish washer. The side pool is freezing (in May) but the main pool was perfectly cool. Good showers and toilets. Took me 5 days to realise all toilets in turkey have a bidet function lol. Taxi button 50 yards to right of the gate from outside. We will be back. We honestly can’t offer improvement aside from make the small side pool heated, even slightly!

Ev göründüğünden çok daha güzeldi. Kaldığımız süre boyunca herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık.Ev sahibi Mert bey çok misafir perver ve ilgiliydi. Yapabileceklerimiz hakkında bizleri bilgilendirdi. Tüm sorularımıza hızlıca dönüş sağladı.Güzel bir tatil geçirmemizde destek sağladığı için teşekkür ederiz.

Ufuk Bey in evine arkadaş grubumla gittim. Ufuk Bey iletişim konusunda gerçekten çok yardımcı oldu. Saat farketmeksizin kendisiyle iletişime geçtim. Ev çok temiz, çok kullanışlıydı. Bahçesi, havuzu, oturma alanı, barbekü her şey muazzamdı. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz. Evin konumu biraz yukarıda kesinlikle arabanızın olması gerekiyor. Denize ve Fethiye çarşıya 30 dk mesafede ama konum olarak kafa dinlemelik, sakin bir yer. Fethiye' ye gelirseniz kesinlikle tercihlerinizden biri burası olmalı. Ufuk Bey'e her şey için teşekkür ederim.

Uğur Bey girişte bizi karşıladı. Daire son derece temiz, bloktaki konumu güzel, havuz çok temiz bakımı yapılıyor, büyüklüğü yeterli. Haziran başı olması nedeniyle yoğunluk azdı. Uğur bey her konuda yardımcı olmak için adeta yanıp tutuşuyor. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Ailecek güzel bir 5 gün geçirdik. Ev konum itibariyla hem ölüdenize hem şehir merkezine eşit uzaklıkta diyebilirim. Aracınız ile istediğiniz heryere ulaşmanız çok kolay . Fethiyeye tekrar geldiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz yerlerden olacak.

Temiz, elit, güvenli ve çok rahat bir tesisti. Deniz kenarında olması, önünden araba geçmemesi, çevresindeki restoranlar mekanların çeşitliliği, her şey çok iyiydi.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Tam anlamıyla çok iyi. Sanki bir dostunuza misafir olarak gitmiş gibisiniz. O kadar güzel ve hoş otel sahibine bir kaç ihtiyacım için yazdığım hemen çözüm odaklı olup çözdü kendi derdi gibi ilgienip yardımcı oldu. Konum olarak otogara max 8dk. Arabayla giidiliyor. Ayrıca ev fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibiydi hiç bir kusur yoktu temizlik ile ilgili bşr sorun yok zaten personelin çok aktif çalıştığını diğer odalardan görüp hemde kendi odanızdaki temizlikten anlasılıyordu. fethiyeye geldiğimde her zaman bu apartı tercih edicem her şey için teşekkürler

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

O apartamento é muito confortável, perto do comércio da cidade e de fácil acesso para a praia de Oludeniz (de carro). O anfitrião nos deixou muito a vontade, e ainda nos ofereceu um mimo para aperitivo em uma das noites, além do check-out flexível.
