Full bed in the loft (ladder access) and twin bed on the main floor. Kitchenette with induction cooktop, sink, kettle, and fridge. Flushing porta potty in the loft. Full bathroom and shower are in the main house basement, about 30 feet away, with 24-hour guest access. Walk to the Food Co-op, Capitol Lake, downtown restaurants, shops, and trails.
