Barbecue and propane provided. No clamming allowed and is strictly enforced. 8 people total allowed including children. No exceptions. No pets allowed. Red tide now and the DFW has declared no shellfish collecting.

Beautiful rambler, 1500 Square foot. Offers three bedroom and two bath. With 1 living space. Nice kitchen, full access with washer and Dryer. Plenty space to play in the front or back of the house. With security system one cameras in the front of the house and one in the back. Very safe. Six minutes from the Shoreline Fred Meyer, Richmond Beach, Costco, Aurora Village Transit Center, future light rail station, grocery stores, restaurants, I-5, and award-winning Shoreline schools.
