Seaside apartment part of villa

A separate, fully furnished apartment area in the villa with its own entrance. The apartment consists of one bedroom, living room/kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed (140x200). Here you have walking distance to cliff bath and beach (15 min), bus stop 300 m from the residence if you want to get into central Gothenburg. Grocery store, pizzeria etc are 600m away. Parking is available for one car in the driveway just outside the home. The driveway is under camera surveillance for extra security.

Here, you have the sea all around you and a lovely park with benches to sit on, or hills for a slightly more challenging walk around the island. The tram that takes you into the city is within a 15-minute walking distance. A wooden bridge (suitable for vehicles up to 4 tons) with a barrier connects Ängholmen to the mainland, making it a safe and secure place to be.
