Monthly Rentals in Onondaga Hill

Friends meeting up from multiple states booked to have a group space for the most of our time together. We found this listing due to looking for a hot tub, and booked because of goats LOL. Whole house was spacious and immaculate, kitchen had anything we needed (and so much more!) bedrooms and bathrooms had additional amenities. The goats were a treat and endless entertainment, the hot tub/screen porch was the social hang highlight. Breakfast quail eggs was a first for all, and the fresh chicken eggs was such a unique touch. We all hope to come back next year and will look to book as soon as the Amp schedule is posted! (We met up for a show at The Amphitheater, and it was so easy to get to and from- no freeway traffic to deal with!!) This place is a quiet gem not to be passed up! I grew up in SYR and have been out of state for 17 years, and this was convenient to everything I wanted to see and do while home!

Comfortable and cozy. It was the perfect place to come to in the evenings to rest.

This is my second stay at this particular unit and I’ve had another great stay.

The thing that drew me to Merritt’s listing was that it seemed to provide a lot more than a place to sleep, which any great AirBnb should do. It delivered on that promise in spades. This little house has a huge amount of engaging gathering space to offer. The yard, while a bit messy, was a little slice of secluded campground in the middle of suburbia. The game room even has the newest Xbox and many controllers. Merritt and his partner are extraordinarily good communicators - all instructions are very simple and clear, and they respond to messages with record speed. It’s clear great care was given to designing the home’s interior; the master bedroom is spectacular. The only critiques we had were very small ‘quality of life’ issues, and did not detract from our overall experience. In a nutshell, Merritt has created a place that is easy to love and will immediately feel like home. If we return to Syracuse, we would refuse to stay anywhere else.
