The approx. 87 m² apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The rooms are bright and modern and all have large windows overlooking the garden. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

This unique loft is 13 minutes drive from the airport ZH and 20 min. from the city limits of Zurich. The area is rural, with forests and a river right by the house. The loft is 280m2 and fully equipped with everything. Nothing is missing here. The beds on the upper floor are of the finest quality and also the sanitary facilities. The lower floor is 200m2 and also includes a sleeping possibility for 2 people. Winter garden and terrace are on the 3rd floor.

High Quality Apartment with private SPA

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Untergeschoss des Hauses. Neue Unterkunft in Mehrfamilienhaus, Baujahr 2018 mit privatem Eingang zum Untergeschoss. Ruhige, ländlicher Lage mit Bauernhöfen in der Nachbarschaft. The accommodation is situated in the basement of the house. New house built in 2018 with private access to the basement. The building is situated in a very calm area with farmers in the neighborhood. 5-10 min. walk to the grocery store.

Spacious studio between airport and city

Our studio is located at the lower part of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance in the garage. The large built-in wardrobe provides enough storage space. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology (hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The bathroom with shower, sauna and cold bathroom completes the decor. The toilet is separate. The studio includes a spacious garden with a small dining table and a cozy lounge.
