The cottage is surrounded by a large garden with lots of playing options. On request, the sauna can be used under the sun terrace. For parties and creative courses, you can also rent the studio barn. The house rent includes 5 bedrooms for 5 people. Each additional guest can be added for €15/night.

There is much to discover with us and we are a central starting point for excursions such as - Saxon Switzerland/ Bastei - City buildings - Zittauer Gebirge and city of Zittau - Bohemia and Bohemian Switzerland - Görlitz and much more Our place is quiet, right on the Spree, in the center of the city. Hutzelberg – Experience in Upper Lusatia

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

Our vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The spacious terrace invites you to barbecue and in the garden you can relax in the hammock. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The cozy living room is the ideal place to relax or to spend a fun game night. There are 2 bedrooms each with a single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub.
