Holiday rentals with a patio in Orcutt

Lisa’s place was really lovely. Everything was exactly as advertised but even better. We enjoyed the large deck and the beautiful view, the coziness of the fireplace, and the easy to use kitchen. The location is very convenient in a quiet and cute neighborhood and the house overlooks a large natural area of trees—we liked watching the birds flying by in the treetops. Can’t say enough good things about this spot, we would love to return soon!

We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

This was a great spot for a few nights in Santa Barbara and Jim is an absolutely fantastic host! Location is perfect. Easy, short walk to the beach and all SB has to offer. The space itself is comfortable and pretty straightforward. Has the basic amenities for a weekend trip. Jim helped us coordinate an early check-in, assisted with an extra night stay and allowed us to leave our bags for an extra hour after check-out - all of which were greatly appreciated!

We had the most incredible stay! The property is stunning. Amenities in the unit are well beyond expectations and the hosts are gracious and thoughtful. They left a generous welcome basket with note and had everything we needed in the gorgeously appointed room. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was beautiful. Everything felt brand new and we wished we could have stayed for much longer. We'll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved Aaron’s place! We rented it for the first time while doing a shoot in the desert, and are so glad we did. We will be calling on this place to stay again in the future!

Very cute place in Oceano which was conveniently located near SLO and Pismo Beach. Violeta is a responsive host who made check-in super clear. And we loved being greeted with awesome snacks and I always very much appreciate well stocked coffee! It was perfect for our family of three. But what made it special was the s’mores fixings to accompany the fire pit on the back porch! Very nice touch.

This place was amazing! This house provides the quality of a 5 star hotel and more. Except that hotels may not feel cozy which this house did! All little details at home, super comfortable beds, beautiful backyard, room for kids with toys… as well as the location was perfect. This was definitely one of the best Airbnbs I stayed at! Thank you for the host who was also very responsive.

Place was beautifully decorated. The place made you feel like staying inside all day. The backyard made me feel like I need to redo my own backyard in inspiration of this one. There is everything you might need in this place. The beds are extremely comfortable, the place smells nice too. I definitely recommend staying here, I would stay again. The space itself is super cute, private, and comfortable. Thomas has two cats and a dog, all incredibly friendly, but the real star of the show is his co-host, Sylvester the cat. He’s got a big personality and was happy to hang out with us as much as we let him. If you’re a cat lover, you’ll adore him. The house was stocked with a few thoughtful provisions, and we especially appreciated the ice cream bars—such a nice touch. Hopefully Thomas’s place is available the next time we’re in Los Osos. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Emma’s place was truly a home away from home! We came here for my birthday/our anniversary trip and loved it. The place was like a peaceful beach cottage, and the hosts were so thoughtful. You could see the effort that went into building this place. The living room, bedroom, bathroom were all so nice- the outdoor area and little office were great. We loved the hot tub and even ate our dinner in the backyard. It could be helpful to know that the house is on a corner of a street and you can hear cars clearly driving by at night, however, the neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet otherwise! We would stay here again because of the central location and coziness of the house! (:

The 4 of us (2 couples attending a wedding) had a peaceful stay at Sachi's place. The 2.5 bathrooms were a life saver considering we were attending a wedding! Space was as described, comfortable for a short stay, and in a safe area off the beaten path. We were a 5-10 minute drive to many places within SLO so we even had an opportunity to check out a few spots before the wedding. Sachi was very responsive and gracious when, at 9:30 AM the morning we were leaving, we asked for a delayed checkout. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks, Sachi!

From the moment we arrived, we could feel the care, intention, and quiet magic tucked into every corner of this space. Let’s talk about the backyard, because it deserves its own novel. The hot tub is perfectly placed in a secluded corner, bubbling like a little cauldron of bliss under the stars. We soaked until we were prunes, looked at each other, and said, “Yep—this is it.” And the front porch? That couch is dangerously comfortable. We sank into it with coffee in the morning and wine at night, watched the world go by, and felt time slow down in the best way. Pro tip: The steam from the shower might trip the smoke detector if the bathroom door’s open—so keep it closed unless you’re trying to create a surprise intermission in your relaxation. We didn’t just love this place—we felt it. It held us, quieted us, and reminded us how good it feels to just be. We left better than we came. Just book it. Your nervous system will thank you.

Location on the Mesa was perfect! Walking distance to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Very quiet, comfortable beds and the hot tub and private back yard were a bonus. Thank you, we would definitely return if we are in SB again!

My family had a wonderful Spring Break at Coleen's place. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and walkable to local restaurants. The home was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our family. The neighbors were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to all.

Our stay at Laura’s casita was wonderful! We arrived early and Lara graciously allowed us to check in early and even met us with her fresh baked sour dough bread, which was amazing! The casita is beautifully decorated and so clean. It is minutes away from the beach and the downtown area. It really was ideal!

This is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook but restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a block away, as well as a grassy park. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

We went to Ca. to visit our son and for medical check-ups. We had a marvelous time. Sleeping in such a peaceful location played a large role in our bonding and recuperation. Lots of pinochle and dominoes. All together we had a wonderful 2 weeks and would recommend Rachel's Cozy Condo to anyone.
