Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Orillia

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette. We’ll definitely have to come back one day when it’s a little warmer!

After being displaced from our home after damage from severe weather we were so fortunate to find this location. The house accommodated our family of 4 with pets for nearly a month without any issues. The kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms are well finished, bedrooms were comfortable and the location was very clean. The backyard is a beautiful and relatively private space hidden within a 15 minute walk to the downtown restaurants or the beach area. Anzhelika is an excellent host who was very responsive when needed, provided clear instructions and ample privacy. We would happily recommend this location to friends and family attending the area for events.

Nortehaus is a great place for some private, peaceful time if you wanted to do indoor things. The sauna room was clean, the kitchen was big and well-stocked with kitchen equipment. It is ~30 minute drive to nearby provincial parks if you wanted to do some hikes.

We stayed for a month and it absolutely met our needs. Marcus and Melanie were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. Place is as described and it was easy to settle in!

The place was perfect for what we needed. I would say another couch for the size of place would be helpful. We had 5 adults in our group and had to sit on the kitchen chairs. The keypad was finicky to put the code in perhaps better instruction on that but otherwise it was exactly what we needed. The host was great, responsive and very friendly.

Great separate suite in the North End of Barrie. I liked how Teresa provided clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. I also appreciated her leaving a few lights on after I mentioned we would be arriving later in the evening. The apartment was meticulously clean-no crumb, sand or piece of dust around. Teresa had left some extra toiletries in the bathroom (new toothbrushes, etc) which I thought was very thoughtful and a nice touch. Thank you Teresa!

We recently had a cousin getaway weekend with 9 of us ladies,Jim always replied in a very timely manor, any questions we had were answered! the picture just don’t do it justice we had a night in with games and movies on our first night lots of laughs and enough space for us 9 ladies to sleep/ get ready for outings, the couches were perfect on our night in no one felt cramps lots of space ! Although on this trip we did not use the hot tub or the games room they were all super clean and would be the perfect spot for any group of people for a weekend getaway we will certainly stay again if we have the chance thanks so much again for such a memorable weekend in your home !

Such a beautifully decorated and well-appointed space for our last minute “mini-moon!” The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed, and then some. The thoughtful touches (robes, slippers, treats) were much appreciated. We loved the hot tub with the river view. Robert and Taurean were friendly and very responsive hosts! We would return in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

I had a great stay! The location was super convenient, and the space felt so comfortable and homey. Sahiya and Gibran were really responsive and accommodating, which made everything easy. Would definitely book again!

We had a great stay! Sharon was a very welcoming and friendly host. The apartment was clean, bright and comfortable. It was the perfect home base for our time spent visiting the area.

Another great stay at the beck house. Stayed in 301 this time and it was pretty active to say the least. If you get a chance chat with Brenda. She is an absolute sweetheart and can fill you in on all the history of the place. Really enjoyed chatting with her. Will be back for a third time and more in the future!

Kevin’s place was exceptionally clean and it made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. Everything was walking distance. We would highly recommend Kevin’s place.

We stayed at Mark & Lisa’s place for a night and had a great night. Mark’s very responsive and gave very detailed instructions before the check-in. The place is nice and has all amenities one needs. We didn’t get to use most of them such as BBQ, patio furnitures, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc , due to limited time there, but these are all available.

Immaculately clean, spacious, and Beautiful condo. It had everything we need and a few steps to the marina. Easy instructions to get inside and parked. I highly recommend!

Justin was very accommodating and helpful when we had questions! The responses were so fast and informative. We loved everything about this place, it was peaceful, nice location and the pool was clean and very nice! Definitely will be back!!
