From the house it is 5 minutes to the water on foot to its own beach and 5 minutes by car to Orø's best and child-friendly bathing beach.

Vores fantastiske sommerhus er perfekt for hygge og afslapning samt en børnevenlig ferie. Vi har en skøn opholdsstue med pejs, to soveværelser, et gæstehus for overnattende gæster, et moderne køkken og et badeværelse med gulvvarme og brus. Huset er indrettet i skandinavisk stil. Om sommeren kan du nyde have som er fuldstændigt skærmet for indsyn på, sidde på terrassen med sol hele dagen, grille og nyde udsigten, mens børnene hopper på trampolinen, spiller fodbold eller leger i legehuset.

Cozy Summerhouse by Forest on Island near CPH

Our lovely summerhouse is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a mix of old and new furniture in our own nordic style. During summertime you can use our terrasses, zipline,trampoline, campfire etc in our hilly garden next to the small forest. If you are lucky you can watch deer on their walk crossing our garden in the morning.

The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

There is virtually highway all the way.

Super cozy summerhouse on the northern tip of Orø

Retro the Swedish way. Peace and quiet 200 meters from the water in a very quiet small private summerhouse neighborhood on the north side of Orø. You will feel the calm lowering already when you wait for the small wooden ferry that in 5 minutes frees you to the island. The house is located on a large enclosed plot filled with fruit trees and berry bushes... 200 from the water.

The cottage is perfect for long walks in beautiful nature and the beach is less than 1 kilometer away. The cottage is ideal if you want to relax and enjoy a wonderful scenery.

Wilderness bath l Close to water l Idyllic

The Cabin is very unique and beautiful. The interior is completely wooden. The house has three bedrooms . Two small rooms with 140cm beds and one big bedroom with 180cm bed. The house has an amazing hot tub, warming up the water by actual fire, the great smell of burning wood makes the whole experience even better. Please keep in mind that sheets and towels are not included but Sofie was very kind to provide that for us. We recommend Sofie as a host and the house as a great destination.

The place was excellent for us as a family with two small children. There is everything you need on site to enjoy your vacation here. The neighbors are extremely friendly. The sea is practically in the garden and is easy to walk on. On the island there is one or the other to discover, there are small restaurants or a zoo and the supermarket on the island has everything you need. A visit to Copenhagen is also easy to do by car. Christian was very friendly and always available and helped very quickly if there were any questions. It is truly a time to enjoy this beautiful place. Especially at the first sunset that you can enjoy on the couch. We would book and recommend this location again at any time.

My boyfriend and I have now spent an extended weekend at Kaja's lovely summerhouse for the second time. Can definitely recommend spending a weekend on scenic Orø, with lots of bird life both in the garden and along the coast and with ample opportunity for fishing. We've at least enjoyed it to the fullest.

We had a fantastic stay at Aaron and Louise's place. A very cozy interior and a beautiful garden, with a little view of the sea and a nice terrace. Pizza oven is a plus. Peaceful surroundings. Our children also had a very good time there. Aaron and Louise are very friendly hosts, very helpful! Highly recommend!

Carsten and Bent's place is great. It is great to come to a place that is lived in and has everything you might need, but have forgotten at home. I.e. a tape measure :) There are lots of placed to sit outside, and inside as well. The book case is stoked with books, LPs and CDs and the kitchen is very well equiped.

Really nice summerhouse - well appointed and so nicely newly renovated. Cozy living room with wood-burning stove, games and play corner for children. Great kitchen utensils and machines. Slightly thin duvets here in the winter, but it was expected for a summerhouse. Mikkel is quick to respond and friendly. Thank you for us.
