It is located right next to the beach, centrally located on the lakefront, with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is right outside the house. The bedroom windows and the balcony overlooking the lake welcome the sunrise in the morning and offer a view of the moon reflected in the lake in the evening.

Located on the top floor of a building from the 19th century, it has just been renovated and is complete with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, TV, kitchen complete with dishwasher).
