An elegant semi-detached house: with the owners next door, peace and quiet is assured. From a large garden overlooking the lake, you enter the open space with a living room, dining area, small but very functional kitchen, and bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One room with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed; they have a view of the lake: one with a romantic balcony. There is a garage with a bike laboratory, canoe and paddleboard for free. From Oct. to Apr. €10 more per day for heating.

From the loft area you can enjoy a pleasant view of the lake and the typical pedestrian streets of the village. The house is ideal for 2 people, up to a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.
