3-room apartment on the first floor in the center of cozy Hälleviksstrand. Close to cliffs and sea. Car (1st) is parked for free at the house in the yard. Access to garden and the apartment has its own part of deck with dining area and barbeque. The kitchen has most of what you might need. Household waste and compost are disposed of in two different bins in the yard. Shrimp shells are thrown into the reeds/water below the house on the property. Glass, metal, and cardboard are sorted and disposed of in the container at the swimming area. Note: You need to bring your own linens and towels.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in Ellös on western Orust. Here you have a well-equipped apartment of about 40 sqm above our garage, one floor up. The apartment is located in a residential area, with walking distance to a grocery store, a walk of about 10-15 minutes to Ellös harbor, and Sörkilen's swimming area. Here you have a good starting point with proximity to many nice excursion destinations such as Gullholmen, Käringön, Mollösund, Hälleviksstrand, Stocken, Flatön, Lyr, Grundsund, Lysekil, Smögen, etc. Sheets and towels are not included.

The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the lower floor, which gives you a whole upper floor to just hang out on. This creates a very pleasant and well-planned environment to be shown in both shorter but above all for longer stays.

A home for those who are looking for peace and quiet. Our house is right by the sea. It makes you have a great view from all rooms except the TV room. A large deck in front of the house provides sun during the day. Next to the patio is a hot tub that maintains a temperature of around 38 degrees year round. The beach is perfect for those who want to paddle and for kids as it is shallow. There is an outdoor gym and a grocery store in Svanesund. A couple of hundred meters away is a harbor. At Orust there are exciting excursions.

This is a lovely end-unit apartment in a residential building. It consists of one room and a kitchen. It features a private entrance and offers privacy from neighbors. Situated in a quiet, rural area, it is close to the sea, a grocery store, and great swimming spots. Guests have access to a large garden with a private patio and a barbecue. Worth noting: There are animals on the property, and children live in the building. As it is an older house, footsteps from the floor above may be audible.
