This brand new built guesthouse is located on our sea plot and access to a large jetty with swimming ladder and barbecue is available, as well as a boat place for a boat that does not go deeper than 2.5 m (at extremely low tide 2 m). Villa Kava

Between Uddevalla and Lysekil is this gem. The apartment is located in a separate building. With nature right next to the junction in a quiet and protected location. With private parking, and private patio on the deck, there is also a barbecue. Breakfast eggs can be bought from our chicken coop Fjäderboa. This quiet oasis is close to all the best places on the coast. Including popular Hafsten with e.g. high-altitude track and good swimming opportunities for the family. Smögen, Lysekil, Fiskebäckskil, Orust and Tjörn. All are within easy distance.

Tiny house near the beach

Welcome to a cozy little cottage of about 14 m² – perfect for two! Here you can live simply but comfortably with a bunk bed, kitchenette, toilet and small balcony. Please note that shower is missing – but it is only a 2 min walk to a large swimming area with beach, jetty and playground. The cottage is located in our villa garden, close to the car ferry, marina and grocery store. Parking is available on the property and electric car charger is available. Quiet and seaside accommodation with proximity to saltwater dips and summer evenings!

The Guesthouse

Relax in our small quiet guest house with all the amenities you need. Kitchen, bathroom and small patio with barbecue, under stately oaks. Large double bed and space for an extra bed in the same room. Short walk to fantastic jetty for saltwater swimming and play from the diving tower or crab fishing jetty. If you are looking for a restaurant or bar, there is one about 20 minutes' walk away. Bed set + towels can be booked for SEK 150/set. Stugan

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Stay to yourselves with animals and nature just outside the corner. You will be staying on a small sheep farm with many animals that bring the landscape to life. Greet the herding dog Svante and meet our chickens and ducks who give us eggs. The whole farm breathes genuine countryside and stillness on an island that during the summer is seashed with life. The cottage is old, but freshly fixed with a tasteful mix of genuine countryside and some everyday luxury.

Peaceful cabin at rural location

Slappna av i detta fridfulla och lantliga boende med närhet till naturen, golfbanan och havet. Badplatser finns på flera platser runtom på ön inom både promenad och cykelavstånd. Närmaste café finns inom 9 minuters gångavstånd. Där serveras lättare mat, bakverk, kaffe och glass. Denna pittoreska gäststuga är utrustad för att möta alla basala behov, så som sängkläder, handdukar, basutrustning till kök, tv-uppkoppling enbart till DVD, fläkt och persienner för insynsskydd. Welcome to our newly renovated farmhouse in rural idyll. The property offers a combination of relaxation and activity, with access to climbing wall, skateboard ramp, mountain biking, and an exercise trail for trail running. Enjoy modern conveniences in a rustic setting. A short forest walk from the cabin is our pond with a wind shelter and the opportunity for cooking out in nature. The cabin is rented without linen and towels. There is rent to if required.

Nice detached cottage in Lysekil

A detached cottage in a quiet residential area and with walking distance to the center of Lysekil. Fresh smaller accommodation with its own bathrooms. The cottage has a complete smaller kitchen and a nice patio at the entrance. On the patio there is also a barbecue that guests are welcome to use. 300m away is the largest grocery store in Lysekil. Child-friendly bath with shallow sandy beach you have 10 minutes walk.

Mysig stuga i vår trädgård i natursköna Kärlingesund - nära salta bad och lugna vatten lämpliga för paddling eller Stand Up Paddling. Nära fina vandringsleder som till exempel Kuststigen. You will have a nice stay in this comfortable home. One double bed on the ground floor and a double bed up on the loft. Smaller general area with kitchenette, sofa and dining table. Access to part of the deck and barbecue area. Close to swimming areas and tennis court ( rack available to borrow ). Towels and bed linen are available for free. Free parking just outside the house.

A cozy home near salty baths for the small family. It has a double bed for two adults and a sofa bed for two children. The sea with a cozy small bay is about 200m from the cottage. About 6km from the property you will find Stenungstorg with shopping and restaurants. Around there are many excursions such as Orust and Tjörn.
