Brand new guesthouse with seaview from all windows. 1 bedroom (140 cm bed + 90 cm bed above) and loft (2 x 90 cm beds) Livingroom with couch and table that seats 8. Kitchen with small fridge/freezer Bathroom Short walk downhill to beach, café and restaurant. Beautiful nature walks in the woods with a view and by the water. Short drive to Mollösund, Henån and Ellös, etc. Please bring your own sheets and towels as they are not included. Can be made available for washing fee of 100 kr per set.

Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. This is for people who would like to enjoy nature, hiking, kayaking, photographing, or sunbathing. We have made a special video over the area on youtube, type in "Grundsund Kvarneberg".

Här bor ni med fantastisk havsutsikt nära bad, skog och natur i ett nybyggt fritidshus på 30 kvadrat plus sovloft. Huset erbjuder alla tänkbara bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, induktionshäll, ugn, tv mm. Njut av solnedgången på den härliga altanen eller ta en kort promenad ner till bryggan för ett dopp. Närhet till centrala till Stenungsund med affärer och restauranger. I närområdet finns många fina utflyktsmål. Till Orust/Tjörn och övriga Bohuslän tar man sig snabbt och lätt.

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Welcome to a bright and fresh apartment house in central Svanesund! With 300 meters to the swimming area, 150 meters to the grocery store and 200 meters to the pizzeria. The house is well prepared with its own WiFi, refrigerator, microwave/oven and induction hob. Washing machine and towel dryer are available in the bathroom. Electric car charger and charcoal grill available. Sleeping loft with two single beds and sofa bed. Dining table with 2 seats that easily folds out to 4 seats.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. You live near the trees where the birds thrive and even deer appear sometimes. The accommodation is a room with loft and bathroom with washing machine. Patio with secluded location. 2 km to swimming in the sea and to Stenungsund city center with a large selection of restaurants and shops. Within a 20-minute walk, there is a gym, swimming pool and ice rink. Wi-Fi is available.

Nybyggt hus som ligger intill vårt bostadshus men avgränsat och med helt egna utrymmen. Vi hänger mest på andra sidan men hejar såklart om vi ser er på altanen. Liten hund vill nog hälsa också. Ta stigen ned till bryggan och bad eller promenera till Henåns levande centrum med affärer och flera restauranger. Nära till skog och mark och perfekt utgångspunkt för dagsutflykter med buss eller bil till Bohuskustens pärlor.

Cozy cottage close to both nature and city

Cozy newly renovated cottage right next to the coastal trail. A leafy oasis with bicycle distance to Lysekil and 400 meters to a swimming area by the sea. The guest house of 30 sqm with newly built kitchen and bathroom and is located behind our house. The sleeping arrangements consist of two single beds that can easily be pushed together to a double bed. Crib available if needed.
