Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

Sheets are available to rent, sheets including bath towel SEK 100/set or EUR 10. Spacious sleeping loft with two 80 cm beds, ladder up to the loft. Pull-out sofa bed, table and four chairs. Living room with kitchen, fridge and freezer, induction stove with oven and microwave. Air conditioning is available. Car park at the house. 12 km to shops and recycling.

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

Koppla av på den stora altanen med magisk solnedgång eller ta en kort promenad till bryggan för ett kvällsdopp. Nära centrala Stenungsund med restauranger, caféer och shopping. Newly-built house located next to our residential house but demarcated and with its own spaces. We hang out mostly on the other side, but of course we'll say hello if we see you on the balcony. Little dog will probably say hello too. Take the path down to the jetty and swim or walk to Henån's lively center with shops and several restaurants. Close to forest and land and a perfect starting point for day trips by bus or car to the pearls of the Bohuskusten.

Cozy little cottage in Grundsund

Welcome to stay in our cozy cottage in the middle of the village, only a five minute walk from the picturesque harbor, restaurants, shops and salty baths. The house is about 25 m2 and on the first floor there is a bedroom, bathroom and living area with a sofabed. There is a folding ladder that takes you up to the loft with two beds. You share garden with the main building but you have a private part of the garden and your own enclosed terrace.
