Welcome to a house with a large terrace and pool house in a rural environment surrounded by nature and open meadows. The coastal path passes 150 meters from the house. 700 meters from the house there is shopping in Göksäter, where there is also a large playground and kiosk. The community of Henån is 8 km away. The house is an older villa with low ceilings. There is a sandbox, trampoline and swings. Indoors there is also access to various toys in the playroom. Two double beds 180 cm and 160 cm. A single bed 80 cm and two 80 cm cots for children.

Good transportation to Gothenburg by bus and train. Distance by car to Tjörn about 10 minutes, Orust about 20 minutes, Gothenburg about 30 minutes, Smögen/Kungshamn about 60-80 minutes Stenungssund square is close, about 7 minutes, with shopping, restaurants and shops. There are lovely beaches such as Strandviken and Hawaii, you can get there in about 7 minutes.

Approximately 40 minutes by car to Gothenburg, which is also easily accessible by train/bus with frequent departures.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Cozy patio for relaxing and pool for cooling baths. Berries and fruit are available in the garden to pick if ripe. Proximity to the sea and nature. Good starting point for excursions in Bohuslän and to Gothenburg with all it has to offer. A bike ride or walk down to the nearest swimming area or lots of nice swimming areas and attractions to go to in Tjörn and Orust by car. Proximity to the city center and train station.

Welcome to peace, privacy, and nature. The villa, originally from 1600 century, is located close to the beach, viewing the sunsets over the fjord. On a shelf in the mountain is our unique natural pool with crystal clear azur colored water. The 32 acres property have an enclosed large flowering garden, meadows, forests, mountains, and a swamp. Walking trails to several viking graves. Just a short drive to exclusive restaurants with upscale food, wine, and spa in Fiskebäckskil and Lysekil.

Modern cottage at a quiet location on beautiful Tjörn, perfect for the small family/couple or friends who want to live comfortably with modern standards. One bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, sleeping loft, sofa bed tv and Wifi, bathroom with a washing machine. About 45 minutes (54km) drive from Gothenburg city center. Approximately 11 minute (9.3km) drive from Stenungsund shopping center. A 5 minute drive (3.5km) to Ica Almö Livs, which has most things. There's also a gym and pharmacy.

Walking distance to municipal swimming area. 200 meters to ICA, System, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. 100 meters to beach volleyball court, bowling alley, outdoor gym! etc. Included: Bed linens, Hand towels for indoor use.

I denna villa har du närhet till både naturen, flera olika badplatser, affärer, restauranger och Lysekils centrum! På altanen är det sol från tidig fm till sent på kvällen. Det finns en uppvärmd pool på ca 25-30 grader, samt möjlighet till att grilla och äta middagar utomhus. På baksidan huset finns en gräsmatta perfekt för lek, samt en studsmatta. Här finns även en stenlagd uteplats där man kan äta sin frukost i morgonsolen, samt sitta i skuggan under dagtid.
