For Varingskollen Alpinsenter it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and bike paths start at your doorstep. The host is living close by and is available. The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

The apartment has a spectacular view. Large living room with large windows where you can enjoy the view from the sofa hook. Here you live nearby to everything. If you want to take a morning bath, you can dive into the sea from the jetty just outside or you can walk away to the sea bath. After your swim, on the way back you can stop for a cup of coffee at Cafe Eden. It's a Rema1000 shop in the neighboring building There is a rich selection of restaurants at Sørenga and Bjørvika. It's only a 15min walk to Karl Johansgate.

The house is well equipped to cook in the wood-fired pizza oven, but otherwise there is only a small stove!
