Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Cozy little cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

The flat was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed. The bathroom was very spacious and had a great shower. The view from the balcony was beautiful. It's not a long walk to the town centre (about 20 minutes) but we preferred to take the bus. It's worth noting that the train station is considerably further away, so it's probably best to take the bus if you are not driving. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We would definitely recommend it!

We had a great stay in the construction trailer and on the natural property. The "bathroom" with a small shower and separate compost toilet was completely fine on our side. The construction trailer was very clean and some dishes and a kettle were also there. (There is also a very new outdoor swimming pool a 3-minute walk away.) We think it's great with you!

Everything is fine. Downtown is a 15-20 minute walk. Supermarkets in close proximity. The apartment is quiet and conveniently furnished. Glad to come back!

The accommodation is very quiet in a small side street. The place is easy walking distance. The apartment is really nice and the contact with Andrea and her husband worked out without any problems. Both are very open and friendly hosts. We also liked that there was a private parking space for the car and an outdoor seat, even if we did not use it this time.. We can recommend the accommodation 100 percent and will be happy to come back.

Great apartment in the middle of Weimar! The apartment has a fantastic location, everything is within walking distance and yet it is quite quiet. The apartment has everything you need and is totally tastefully decorated. The highlight is of course the roof terrace with great views. We will definitely be back!
