The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex that is about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to maintenance from about 11/5. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

From our pretty home, you have about 10 to 15 minutes on foot to the center of Kempten. Our beautiful imperial and abbey town invites you with many cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities. Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a nice weekly market at Hildegardsplatz, near the Lorenzkirche. Despite the proximity to the city, you are right in the countryside with us and can start jogging, hiking and cycling directly.

The rural location invites you to switch off & relax, but due to the proximity to Kempten, nearby sports & recreation areas (Alps, Lake Constance, etc.), thermal baths and many other leisure activities, there is still no boredom.
