Our house with large terrace is located on the outskirts of Bolsterlang/Sonderdorf, directly at the beginning of numerous beautiful hiking trails, bicycle and ski tours. No transit traffic. The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own. Bath that are on the 1st floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a common room and a shared kitchen with huge, covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement. Please only dogs by prior arrangement. In addition, there is a holiday home for 6 - 8 persons in the DG.

The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.

The Axamer Lizum Olympic ski resort, the Götzner and Muttereralm cable cars, mini-golf, tennis court, Lake Natter and numerous hiking trails invite you. The bus stops with connections to Innsbruck and the Axamer Lizum ski resort (travel time 20 minutes each) are in the immediate vicinity (2-minute walk). Innsbruck Airport is 5 km away.

Vacation home "Platzhirsch"

Klais is located at about 940 meters above sea level. In 2015 and 2022, the G7 / Summit, including Barak Obama, took place here. A place to spend summer, as well as the winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorbike tours, as well as cross-country skiing in winter and of course also classic skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached between 10 and 20 minutes.

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the pedestrian zone of Garmisch. The apartment has a double and a single bed with a small kitchenette, minibar, TV, WiFi, private bathroom/shower/toilet and a balcony. (2nd floor) Unfortunately, we will no longer offer breakfast starting in 2025.

Our great new room with a big terrace offers you a big queen size bed and a sleeping sofa for a third person. Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house. Right outside your room you can find a little kitchen with a water boiler, microwave and fridge. Wifi and cable TV is included.

This cosy accommodation is located in the South of Augsburg in a quiet neighborhood. Nice walking tours are close. With the tram you easily reach the City of Augsburg, the Universities and the Augsburg fair. The place can be reached by car easily.
