The apartment with the beautiful garden is absolutely recommended! You are greeted by the horses and everything is very lovingly designed. There is something blooming everywhere and there is a lot to see. It was perfect with a dog - enough meadow and walking opportunities right outside the door. Short distances for errands (10 minutes) and for larger purchases (20 minutes). There are fresh flowers in the room and everything is very nicely decorated. The contact was friendly and the two are there to help and advise. So we would definitely come back!

We highly recommend this beautiful place! Everything was very clean. The furnishings are well thought out and of high quality, decorated with attention to detail. The location is also very suitable as a starting point for hikes. The car can be easily parked in the underground garage or on the side of the road.

We had a great week in Laupheim and felt very comfortable from the start! The accommodation was very nice and beautifully furnished - nothing was missing! Our stay at the apartment was very comfortable. María and her husband went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect. There were a couple of small challenges at the beginning, like replacing the washing machine and water heater, but everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and with great care—everything is now brand new. The view from the window each morning is breathtaking, and we really enjoyed walking by the nearby lake. We were also kindly offered the use of their private bicycles and kayak, which added to the experience. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Very good stay, the interior of the room is very clean, the facilities are very new, there is a dishwasher, washing machine, etc., everything is available.

the best air BnB i have ever stayed in. not only was the flat buetifully presented with nice furniture, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen, it was the extra touches like a ps4 for the kids along with a library card so we could sorry games from downstairs and the coffee pod machine that made our stay extra special. Stefan was a welcoming and commutative host who was only too happy to come around at short notice to help is work the washing machine when I was unable to start it (entirely user error as Stefan had it starting at the push of a button) I would recommend this stay to anyone planing time in Augsburg.

Angelika is a great host. We felt comfortable from the first minute and everything was just perfect. In the beautiful apartment in the middle of nature, there were small touches everywhere, such as fresh flowers on the table, sweets, fresh eggs, even a Hugo with mint and lime!!! The contact was very warm. Thank you Angelika for everything, we can only highly recommend the accommodation and will gladly come back.

One of the nicest apartments I've been to. Perfect location, great amenities, very clean… The feel-good factor was extremely high from the first second. Communication with Julia couldn't have been better. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Clear recommendation!

The accommodation is highly recommended, the hosts Irina and Dominik were very friendly, nice and courteous! The city can be reached quickly and easily and even if you don't want to go to the city, the accommodation has everything you need to have relaxation or fun on site.

Everything is really great! You hosts are also warm and friendly. The only thing to mention is that tall people (1.80+) hit their heads more often. Unfortunately, it happened to us several times. Otherwise everything is great. Would come back right away.

Cornelia was an excellent host. She met with us upon check in to explain all of the intricacies of the home, she was kind and so easy to work with. It was close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. We absolutely recommend her home and would stay here again!

We had a lovely family week in this cottage. It is small, but lovely small and it makes you feel right at home. Garden is beautiful, with stream cutting right through. It has two terraces, wood fired grill and lovely quite location away from neighbours. Location is superb as well to discover Lake Constance. Thank you.

It is fantastic, especially the roof terrace with the panoramic mountain view is absolutely amazing! The location is right in nature with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed time with 4 families with infants (1.5-4 years)! There was plenty of room for everyone and you feel right at home. For children, everything from baby beds, high chairs to toys is available, also a playground is right around the corner! Communication with the hosts is super fast and straightforward, they are always available, super friendly and happy to help out. We would come back anytime and highly recommend it! I really loved staying at Martin's house. Fr. Dagmar was wonderful, and got me a free bus pass, which she printed out for me. The flat was delightful with beautiful views, very clean and quiet, and within easy walking distance from the town centre and the local supermarket. It was also very near the bus stop, so I was able to get about with minimum effort. This was my second visit, and both times have been outstanding.

A breathtaking view from the living room window or terrace door, which is very large. Great air and very quiet area. But what impressed me even more was how clean it was. I have never experienced a hotel room or a vacation home that would be so clean. You can't just eat off the floor here - you could perform surgery here, that's how clean it is. The couch in the living room is on a pedestal or something similar, which unfortunately you can't see in the photos. For me, that wasn't a problem, but for people with knee or hip problems, it certainly wouldn't be. Otherwise, absolutely recommendable.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace we had hoped for in the midst of this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but she was also discreet. Although the apartment is in the same house, it still feels very private. We can really highly recommend this accommodation and we would always come back here for a vacation.

Everything was better than we expected. Great location with beautiful surroundings and walking trail along the river to the lake. Markus responded quickly and made us feel welcomed. Unit had everything and very quiet. Balcony extra bonus to sit and look at countryside and mountains. Easy access with perfect instructions.

I’ve stayed in this apartment for four months and find it quite a pleasant stay. It is well connected to everything in Landsberg and you can easily access nature as well. Only downside is that no supermarket is within walking distance, but Rewe is close by with 7min drive.

Franziska's apartment was very well equipped and also provided with some extras that are not otherwise common. For example: coffee capsules, many towels, body lotion,... a special plus was the great terrace, which was of course great in good weather. Franziska is very nice and warm. Communication worked out great. We'd love to come back! 🤗

We felt very comfortable. The small apartment has everything you need and it is wonderfully quiet. Clean and pleasantly furnished. And although the bed is foldable, we slept wonderfully in it! The communication with the two was very good and nice and the two gave us helpful tips. The only thing you have to adjust to is that shopping facilities are further away on foot. We would come back.
