During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Es handelt sich um einen Neubau (Hanghaus), der Garten ist noch nicht komplett fertiggestellt.Wenn Euch das nicht stört, dann freuen wir uns sehr auf Euch. Für Verpflegung ist durch Supermärkte, einer Metzgerei, mehrere Bäcker, sowie Restaurants gesorgt.

We had a great week with Birgit, her family and the animals. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The highlight for our children was that they could directly watch the animals on the window sills in the bathroom and bedroom. The outdoor area is also great for the kids and they can play and romp. A basket and bowls were ready for our dog. There is a lot to discover in the area and some lakes are nearby. We would come back any time and highly recommend staying there.

The place was really nice and comfy. Everything was clean and great beds with two bedrooms! The bathroom and kitchen were also super equipped, the accommodation is recommended, also since there is a large garden in the e.g. Children can play. There is also a trampoline. The area is very quiet and beautiful nature with the lake right outside the door. Thank you for the stay!
