Cottage with sea view in the center of Öregrund. Only 100m to the beach. Newly renovated, 30 square meters. Small bedroom with double bed and a loft with two beds. Fully equiped kitchen, shower and WC. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming city on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer there are plenty of restaurants and cafés. To the south lies the Stockholm archipelago with open sea to the north. 1.5 hours from Arlanda airport. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minute walk to the bus station and ferry to Gräsö. We live in a house on the same grounds and are happy to help with your holiday in Öregrund. We have several extra bikes that can be used for excursions to Gräsö and various nice beaches. The nearest golf course is 6 km. Bed linen and final cleaning included.

In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy stove. The bathroom section consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Charming seaside (2 km)house with nature around the knots and lake view and swimming area in beautiful spring lake some 100 meters away. Lillsjön is a 120 sqm house with three bedrooms, large living room, large living room with fireplace, open kitchen and large dining area with room for 10 around the table. The house has two decorated guest houses on the farm with sleeping areas, a large porch overlooking a lake, a horse garden as well as with sun throughout the day and evening. Large enclosed plot with good parking facilities, good space for children to play.

Small bathing place close to the house. Larger beach as well as nice walking paths, bike paths and fishing opportunities in the neighborhood. About a 15-minute drive to the east coast Öregrund. Access to wood-fired sauna by the sea and canoe to borrow. Sheets, towels, cleaning and sauna wood are not included in the rent. Welcome to book!

Enjoy accommodation in charming cottage by the sea and swimming!

Koppla av med familj och vänner i detta fridfulla boende. I huvudstugan finns spis, kyl och frys, utekök med kolgrill, samt plats att sitta inne eller ute på altanen. 1/5-30/9 finns vatten framdraget till utekök samt utedusch finns med varmvatten. Urinseparerat utedass. Ett enkelt men bekvämt boende för upp till 6 boende. Vi som hyr ut bor i grannhuset. Ni är välkomna att sommartid låna våra två kanadensare samt två enkelkajaker för att ta er ut i viken. Tänd eld i kaminen om det är kyligt ute:)

The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and spacious home of just over 100 square meters. Very quiet and quiet place on an old farm near the nice Rastsjöbadet. Easy to walk down to the bath which is well kept. Has both brew bath and sandy beach and also picnic table, barbecue areas and toilet. Close to Österbybruk, Uppsala and many nice excursions. We are a family who has the house in the middle of the farm. We have a vegetable farm and move around the farm during the days.

Beach plot in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a great view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and rocks right outside the door. During the summer months there is a jetty with a swimming ladder into the water as well as a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
