This peaceful square with its own jetty is located by a small spring lake in a very secluded and private location. With large lush garden filled with fruit trees and berry bushes, the square and its brewhouse are free from visibility with views down to the crystal clear lake with excellent swimming facilities. In the main building of the cottage there is a kitchen with dining area and combined living room/bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet and large glazed terrace. Kitchen and Bathroom Renovated 2023. In the brewhouse there are two spacious bedrooms.

Are you longing out to the countryside? Here you have a 100 year old cottage with cows, deer and hares just around the corner. The nearest neighbor lives 500 meters away so here you can really enjoy the tranquility. The main house has a modern kitchen as well as a wood-burning stove, a large dining room with a sofa bed, a small TV room and three beds in the loft. With us you get to experience staying on the country side, you have your own house with its own entrance close to the host's own residential house. In the summer of 2017, the house was completely renovated. On the farm there are cats, chickens, ducks and in the nearby farm there are sheep. The forest areas that are close are amazing to hike in and there are orientation maps in all directions. For swimming there is Rastsjön 11 km by car. Perfect as a campsite/courtyard for sports clubs/associations up to about 20 people.

The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here.
