Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Ostia

Paolo is a great host! Our party arrived at different times and he made sure we all got in to the apartment without issues. The apartment itself is exactly as described and in a great location, within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo Fiori, and many other sites, and within a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum area. Being so centrally located we were able to walk practicality everywhere we wanted to go. Great location and great host.

Me and my brother stayed here for 4 nights and it’s safe to say that we were thrilled with our experience. Anna Maria was friendly and helpful from the second we made the booking until the second we checked out, we were given plenty of tips for travel & food in the local area and her general help and kindliness was much appreciated. The apartment is located in a great area, roughly a 25 minute walk to the train station which gets you to the beach in 15 minutes and the centre of Rome in 30 minutes which is great. There were a great selection of bakeries, restaurants and ice cream shops in the surrounding area and we found it very easy to locate a great quality gym as well! The apartment was lovely and spacious for me and my brother and if we were ever thinking of coming to Rome again we most definitely would want to come back to stay here! The value for money for the apartment, the location, and the service from Anna Maria and Simone is exceptional!

The location is perfect for walking to the various sites in Rome! There is lots to do and explore within a 5-10 minute walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nadia is a great host, perfect and fast communication. Always available for any questions. The apartment is perfect for two couples, nicely decorated, two full bathrooms and all the amenities. Very quiet building, easy to get into. Great neighborhood, lots of local restaurants, stores, small parks in the area. Highly recommended.

Just came back from a relaxing stay at this Air BnB. The place is close to all major attractions, whether you decide to take the Metro or walk like we did. It also has everything you need and has two.spacious rooms which is an added bonus. Ranieri is a great host and was very helpful and clear in responding to any queries. Highly recommended. Prash

Nice accommodation for anyone wishing to visit the likes of Tivoli and Villa Adriana by car. The place is clean and well equipped for cooking. It also doesn't get too hot which is a huge plus. Susanna was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Mieszkanie w doskonałej lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko do najważniejszych zabytków, a także blisko restauracji, sklepów, stacji metra. Mieszkanie przestronne - dwie sypialnie z dużymi wygodnymi łóżkami. Brakowało w nich jedynie klimatyzacǰi, była tylko jedna w salonie. Francesca jest świetnym gospodarzem, zawsze szybko odpowiadała na wiadomości i służyła pomocą. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie było bardzo wygodne. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

One of the best of the many Airbnbs I've stayed in. We could really feel that we were staying in someone's real family home, and Sabina took real care in making us feel at home, even leaving us champagne, fruit, bread and local sweets -- really above and beyond. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and loved our stay (and wish we could have stayed longer). Very charming neighborhood outside the main stressy area of central Rome!

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Lots of good things to say about this place. It’s about 5 min walk to the Colosseum, with several good restaurants in the area and amenities. And it’s well connected to other parts of the city. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was bigger than I expected. Stefano and Francesca were great hosts, always responsive and super helpful - gave us recommendations and were quick to help us whenever we needed. They also surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine for my husband’s birthday. I would certainly go back for our next visit to Rome.

El departamento es tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Muy lindo y muy cómodo. La ubicación es excepcional, hay muchas atracciones a las que llegas caminando. Los anfitriones siempre tuvieron buena comunicación y recomendaron restaurantes muy buenos, respondían todos mis mensajes muy rápido. La verdad lo recomiendo para quienes visiten Roma.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. a beautiful clean gorgeous apartment that had absolutely everything we needed. Communication was outstanding,we were met at the accommodation and shown everything. The street is equally quiet but with a lovely Roman atmosphere. We will absolutely be booking again when we return to Rome!!
