The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

The 65 square meter apartment is comfortable and spacious. Free parking is on-site inside our private gated courtyard. Just steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. Prichsenstadt is a great base location to see all of Bavaria. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . No cleaning fee. Please read all information below.

Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

The guest suite in the Stöckelkeller near Bayreuth

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. The apartment is located in the historic Bamberg garden district. There are two bedrooms for max. 4 people. Bamberg city center is about 10 minutes' walk away, while Bamberg main train station is about 5 minutes away. Children are welcome but unfortunately the apartment does not have a changing table, etc. Smoking is not allowed in the whole house, but is allowed on the balcony.
