Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m ist als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Wandern in den Weinbergen von Seußlitz , im Sommer im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen und den nur 400 m entfernte Elberadweg nutzen machen Lust auf mehr . Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder stehen kostenfrei bereit .Ihre eigenen Fahrräder sind auf unseren Hof sicher .

Dear guests, The apartment is located in a family house on the ground floor. It has its own separate entrance. The key is handed over via the key box. You will receive the code 24 hours before the stay. This means you are completely alone and undisturbed in the apartment. The parking space is right outside the front door. The 50-inch TV is equipped with Astra DE and HotBird PL (Canal+) satellite TV, Netflix and Prime. Internet access is via Wi-Fi as well as network.

2-room apartment in a quiet location with good connections

Our apartment is located in the attic of our residential building with a beautiful view over the quiet district of Klotzsche. It consists of a living room and a bedroom as well as a hallway, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The walk to the tram that goes directly to the city center takes about 5 minutes. Basically, everyone is welcome with us, but the apartment is not barrier-free due to the location in the attic and difficult to reach for small children.

Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. You can reach Dresden in just 20 minutes, Moritzburg Castle in 15 minutes, Saxon Switzerland in 45 minutes and Meissen in 30 minutes. The Erzgebirge, the Spreewald and the Upper Lusatia are about 60 minutes. Shopping facilities can be found in the village. Business travelers enjoy a relaxed and restful evening in our apartment.

The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the first floor. Large garden /terrace as well as playground /seating area can also be used. Parking / bicycle storage available. Pets possible on request.

The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The bedroom overlooking the garden is very bright and friendly through two windows. There is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a 140 bed. The bathroom with window has a bathtub, 80 liters of hot water and a shower curtain. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic stovetop with oven. It is equipped with pots and dishes. A dining table, couch and pantry are also available.

The spacious family house is located in a quiet side street in the immediate vicinity of the Saxon State Stud and only a 5-minute walk from the famous Moritzburg Hunting Lodge. The surrounding area is ideal for cyclists and hikers. By bus or car you can reach 30 minutes to Dresden city center. The bright and open-plan apartment offers several sleeping accommodations, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

The apartment is located on the edge of the Radebeul vineyards between Dresden and Moritzburg in the district of Boxdorf. Arrival via the Dresden Wilder Mann highway exit in 5 minutes. From Dresden Airport you can reach us by bus line 80 (towards Omsewitz) in 20 minutes. Excursions to the city center of Dresden are also easily accessible by public transport.
