Large sunny plot of 1.6 acres with trampoline, sandbox, swing and play stand. Enjoy the outdoors with a fire pit, large porch with pavilion, good sofa group and gas grill. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two TV rooms and the possibility of extra sleeping places. You also have gym room in the basement. Parking for 4-5 cars and a lovely view to the Drammenselva river.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Modern semi-detached house built in 2018 with high standard, nice sheltered garden, several terraces and sunny location. There are great outdoor areas for walking, fishing, skiing, paddling, swimming and biking right next door. Rural location with 500 meters to the bus stop and about 5 km to the train. Free parking with charging possibility for electric car. When I'm not renting the space, I live there. Some rooms and closets will therefore not be available.

Standard er helt middels, lite bad men inneholder både dusj, toalett og vask. Bad har inngang fra det ene soverommet. Er man fler en tre stykk så må en eller to ligge på stua i oppredde senger. Uteplassen er liten men plass til fire rundt et bord. I hagen er det en stor trampoline til disposisjon. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert.
