Welcome to our spacious home, perfect for families with children! Here you live in the countryside surrounded by beautiful fields, but only 2 km from shops and shopping center. Large sunny plot of 1.6 acres with trampoline, sandbox, swing and play stand. Enjoy the outdoors with a fire pit, large porch with pavilion, good sofa group and gas grill. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two TV rooms and the possibility of extra sleeping places. You also have gym room in the basement. Parking for 4-5 cars and a lovely view to the Drammenselva river.

Majestic villa 240m2 with panoramic views!

Lovely and representative residence! Extremely good parking facilities for up to 4 cars just outside the door, cobblestone courtyard. From the property there are stunning views over the "whole" Drammen. The home is located in a new residential area, it is quiet and quiet and without annoying through traffic. Marka with great hiking areas is in immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vattenverksdammen and offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 slalom slope!

Guest house on farm in the woods

Guest house on idyllic farm in the forest. Here is peace and quiet and great nature with the forest just outside. Child-friendly with a lot of space, lots to do and without traffic. Swimming pool in the summer and ski slope just past the house in the winter. Horses and sheep graze and a chef forest cat who loves coziness. Sit on the stairs with a cuppa and enjoy the silence. Only 1 hour from Oslo and 1 hour to the nearest high mountain on Norefjell. Great hunting and fishing opportunities just outside the door.

Large and special country house. Something old and something new. A house where one can relax, both inside and outside. Many rooms where a whole family or friends can relax and enjoy themselves. Outside there are 3 terraces with the possibility of sitting out in the shade and sun, and one balcony upstairs. Small tree house for the little ones. 2 min to drive to nearest grocery store (Bunnpris). 10 mins drive to Hokksund. 30 min drive to Drammen, larger city. 1 hour to drive to the capital Oslo.

The house is only 15 min walk from USN and FTO. 5 min drive up to Kongsberg Ski Center. Very nice view to the ski center. Overlaid: Malt panel on walls and ceiling Floor: Telemark design laminate, tiles in the bathrooms, laundry room and entryway. Step sound plates in all floors including basement. Kitchen: Norema kitchen with Miele appliances. (fridge and freezer are AEG) heating: Energy well with floor heating in 100% of the home, very warm and warm house. Continuous heat of 24-25 degrees.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Large garden with several seating groups, barbecue, fire pit, puppet lounge and trampoline. House with 2 bedrooms; main room with large double bed and guest room with 150 bed. Possibility for 2 extra guests on mattress in the office if needed. Coming bed! Large, well-equipped kitchen with open solution to dining and living room. Plenty of space for several cars if needed. NB: NO party/gatherings

The cabin has a livingroom, a fully equipped kitchen (induction plates, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher plus plus, 4 bedrooms with doublebeds and bunkbeds above, bathroom with wc, an extra wc, washingroom, heated floors, a large soapstone fireplace, and external woodfired sauna. The area is quiet. Our lot was chosen very early, and we believe it has one of the best locations, with privat, undisturbed terraces overlooking the valley.
