Great location! Beach was only a few minutes walk. Neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet, with exception of the daily national anthem coming from the nearby naval base. The house is stocking with everything you would need to make big family meals and anything you might want for beach play. Our grown kids LOVED the ping pong table in the garage!

What a great spot by the beach! The place was as described and was perfect for a quiet getaway near the sand. Parking was very easy and the hot tub was a nice bonus as well. Would recommend either for a couple or small family.

We had a great time. Our stay was magical! Enjoyed our daughters and grandson there. The meals they cooked in the brand-new kitchen with all new appliances were fantastic. The whole trip was a dream come true. We made memories that will last a lifetime. We are sure to come back to this amazing place. Thank you from the Bonelli family !

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The beach is at the end of the block. Easy walk to the grocery store, Starbucks and several restaurants. The home was clean and uncluttered and also had little extras like books, board games and laundry detergent. We used the beach chairs provided each night to walk down to the beach and enjoy the sunset.

Had a great time staying here. Very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of fun things to do close by.

Amazing stay. The home is beautiful. We settled in easily. The beach is a super short walk away, comfy beds, modern kitchen it was a great weekend away. Amelia is a great host and communicator. I hope to stay again soon.

The house is great, well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Chairs, toys, umbrella , wagon. Could have more seating in the great room since it can accommodate eight people. TVs in all bedrooms, king sized beds in three bedrooms (so hard to find). Nice fireplace in master bedroom took the chill off the cool June night. Cruz with Sandy Shores Realty was very responsive and allowed an early check-in. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time! Robert is very easy to communicate with and the house is gorgeous. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area feel like Italy! Definitely want to come back soon!

We really loved staying at the house. Walking around the neighborhood, friendly people, and the beach cruisers came in handy. The location was near many places that we wanted to visit. We are looking forward to our next booking at this house!! Thank you again for all your assistance

Ardie was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We were traveling for work and it was a very charming and elegant place to come home to after days of work. All of the furnishings and features were really nice. I would to come back to the Malibou Lake cabin, the scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

We just completed a wonderful stay at this vacation home, and I can’t say enough great things about it. It's a gem that is located at the heart of Malibu with great views of ocean, sunset and beautiful overall scenery. Property is nestled in a beautiful, natural setting and feels incredibly clean, secure, and comfortable. I noticed a few older reviews mentioning wildlife concerns, but I’m happy to report that those encounters are totally unfounded since entire outdoor area was equipped with premium quality snake and insect repellents that looked like little outdoor solar antennas and the home itself is sealed and spotless. We never had a single issue the entire time we were there and on the contrary we enjoyed the stay so much that we were debating and planning future dates in booking this place again for a birthday getaway. Inside, the home was sparkling clean, with cozy touches that made it feel like a true retreat and the backyard was amazing! Amazing place! Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning home in the Malibu mountains. Gorgeous views, beautiful home, comfortable furniture and beds.. the spa is bliss, bubbling away while admiring the night sky. Host Marieka is quick to respond and kind. The road to this Airbnb is a little bit of an adventure. You drive from PCH through Malibu Park, higher up the mountain which gives you the amazing views. But you are very close to Vintage Market or Pavilions for your groceries, banks, Starbucks, surf shops and of course Zuma beach.

Where do we even start?! This was the absolute best experience from beginning to end. Cici not only provided us with an immaculate and peaceful home to accommodate our family of 4, but also had the friendliness and hospitality to match. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was nothing like what you would expect in the best possible way. Cici was incredibly knowledgeable about the surroundings and community and went above and beyond answering our daughters' questions. To top off the experience, Cici allowed our 12-year-old to help with the horses in the morning hours. Cici answered her questions and taught her new things about horse ownership. There are not enough words to explain how grateful we are for this experience and the love and kindness that Cici poured into our stay. You won't find a better Airbnb in the area with a combination of immaculate views, beautiful accommodations, and hospitality! We will recommend this location to all of our friends and family!

My mom, sister and I stayed at Kelly's place while visiting family in Ventura. The house is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. We took full advantage of the huge sunroom and enjoyed the evenings outside--which were the typical slightly chilly oceanside climate--with the easy-to-use gas firepit. The beds were super comfortable too. Kelly truly thought of everything. The bathrooms had extra hair-ties, tampons, and other things you always forget. The kitchen had plenty of salt and spices. Although we didn't use them, we were charmed by the beach bags ready to go with sunscreen and disposable beach slippers. And Kelly was immediately responsive when I couldn't locate the iron at first. We did have a worry that the listing was playing down the train that is very close to the house, but it goes by so fast, doesn't blow the horn, and doesn't run late at night, so it became honestly kind of an exciting and very charming part of the stay. I highly recommend Kelly's place!

beautiful neighborhood, amazing home, plenty of space does not feel crowded and the back deck with view of the channel is beautiful. We truly enjoyed it, well maintained hot tub, fire pit and pizza oven. My children enjoyed paddle boarding and a good bike ride, thank you Ghada

Great location in a safe neighborhood! There was plenty of space for the six of us to spread out. The only things missing were Kleenex and paper towels. Tao was very responsive and understanding. We needed an early check-in and a late check-out due to the marathon, and he was very accommodating. Highly recommend his place!

We had an amazing time during our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect location in Ventura and by the beach. The three-story layout of the home was perfect for our group and had several common spaces which could be shared. There are sweeping views of the ocean and park from several of the common spaces including the living room and kitchen, two balconies and the primary bedroom on the third floor. The home is extremely well kept and was spotless when we arrived. The host left us some delectable cookies and a bottle of wine! Jayne (host) was quick to respond to any questions which we really appreciated. The house is located across from Marina Park, steps to the beach and a short drive to Harbor Village. You can also walk to Seaward Lane less than a mile away where you can enjoy some of the local restaurants, yogurt ice cream, bakery and coffee shop. We ate at Social Tap and Pierpont Tacos; both were very good. We couldn’t be happier!

This house was perfect for a a relaxing getaway, with so much available at the house. An amazing space and like other review say, it’s somehow even better than the pictures. The hosts are very considerate and responsive. Would love to come back some day!

Spectacular. Almost intellectual in its cultured ambience, with its high, uplifting beamed ceilings and the glass wall of light drawing focus to the inspirational view of the coastline, the sea with the channel island of Santa Cruz breaking up the horizon, and the sky. You can hear the waves at night above the peacefulness. The owner’s culinary sophistication is evident. Artful dishware, good cookware. The next time I go (and I definitely plan to!) I will use the rice cooker and prepare a meal. The best stocked pantry I have seen. We enjoyed the vinyl albums and turntable. We were comfortable with the tasteful furniture and bedding. We admired the light fixtures, houseplants, and interesting art and literature that surround you. Exquisite.

Ann was a fantastic and sweet host, responsive answering my questions. She even brought over some gourmet chocolates when we checked in. And the unit was immaculate, the kitchen really well stocked (sorry we couldn’t stay longer and actually cook there!),many thoughtful touches in the bathroom, lots of extra towels and a really comfy queen bed. Lots of closet space in the bedroom. Lovely comfortable space all around!
