Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The two bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds (180 × 200) and additional LED TVs (43″) as well as each with their own new bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer. In addition, there is an extra toilet in the apartment.

Relax in our vacation apartment in the scented spa town of Oy-Mittelberg. Enjoy time in our fully furnished room overlooking the Allgäu Alps (Säuling, Zugspitze). Start major hiking tours (day tours) directly from the front door or hop on your mountain bike. In wintertime you can use the surrounding ski lifts or the trails in front of the door. In the evening you can make yourself comfortable in front of our 55 inch smart TV (with Netflix).
