Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Padre Island

Amazing spacious property, very clean, with a breathtaking views of the bay and the beach. The decoration of the place makes you feel completely in a beach oasis and it is very well equipped with all you can need to feel like home. The complex had a beautiful pool with easy beach access. Host is great at communicating and quick responsive and the front desk service was very helpful. It was our first time at SPI and our family had a wonderful time…will definitely come again!

Great location on the south end of SPI. First floor accommodations were extremely convenient. Nearby restaurants Dirty Al’s and Sea Ranch are two of our staples for all our annual South Padre trips. The host was proactive and responsive. Highly recommended.

Licia was an amazing host! She was extremely responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. I've stayed at the Sapphire before, but my family and I truly loved her place. It was extremely clean, had a fantastic view and was comfortable. I would highly recommend Licia and her condo for anyone looking to visit South Padre Island!

The building is very nice, the apartment is spotless, the kitchen is well-equipped, the apartment layout is very friendly, there are beautiful views of the ocean, and the interior decoration is very tasteful. Everything was amazing!!! Thank you so much 100%

Very Nice and clean! Great views! Huge bonus: beach gear and wagon! Fully stocked kitchen, great wi-fi, washer and dryer. Comfy furniture. Condo has nice amenities - gym and movie theatre where you pick the movie. We were a little surprised no windows in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom - simply the way the layout of the condo. Perfect location and added bonus great views for the SpaceX launch too. We have added to our list to stay here again when in South Padre.

So glad I stumbled across Sylvia & Rey’s place. The 26th floor had an amazing view, the floor plan was accommodating for my family & I, the location was accessible to everything, and Margarittaville being next door was a bonus!

We had a wonderful stay at Sylvia and Rey’s condo. It is very spacious, clean, and well-equipped for cooking — the kitchen had everything we needed: pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, even paper and cloth towels. The AC worked great, and there was a washer and dryer available for use. There was also a small clothes drying rack, which came in handy. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom with a shower and sink, which was super convenient. The condo has two balconies — one facing the ocean and the other facing the bay. In the storage closet, we also found a few beach toys, including a couple of boogie boards. Sylvia and Rey were amazing hosts — very responsive and helpful. One thing worth mentioning (which has nothing to do with the condo) is that during our visit, there was quite a bit of tar on the beach sand. To clean it off your feet, shoes, and beach cart wheels, I’d recommend bringing special wipes or oil-based cleaner. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice comfortable house with great things to do locally, nice pool at the clubhouse and perfect distance to South Padre Island.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It’s even better than the photos! We were all impressed with the beautiful decor, fully stocked kitchen, and all the same available for a large gathering. Everyone had a bed with plenty of blankets, pillows, and toiletries. We love to cook on vacation so having a kitchen with all the necessities and more was perfect. We loved the location minutes from the beach (the walk was a little more than we anticipated - be prepared to walk around a gate, into another community of homes, and up a couple of steps on the boardwalk. Nothing crazy, just took some navigating with a wagon/strollers/beach gear. If you have little ones or elderly be careful the boardwalk can get slippery! There is also a beach access road about 1-2 miles down the road so you can always drive to your beach spot instead.) Overall we loved this house and would definitely stay again!

Great Mother’s Day weekend. A few issues with the lights (breaker) but it was fixed ASAP. We had a great time in the heated pool and a nice night by the grill. Always our go to when we want an escape from the hustle and bustle. We will be back! Thank you again.

This was an amazing stay start to finish. The house was as described and beautiful and fit all our family perfectly. Check in and out was easy and the location was unbeatable. Loved popping in and out in the golf cart and the kids had a blast in the pool. Would definitely recommend!!

Fabulous! Private, quiet, and what a beautiful view. All the small touches made a difference: beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage so you can head out for the day. Close to everything: 25 minutes to the beautiful beaches on South Padre Island, 15 minutes to grocery stores, 5 minutes from the pool and clubhouse. You can walk in the gated community for miles. We came for a quiet getaway and it was perfect. Comfortable beds, comfortable and spacious living spaces. The host was so responsive when we needed anything or had questions, and came over within minutes to show us how to use something. Highly recommend for your trip down here!

Beautiful townhome! It’s bigger than the pictures actually show. Super clean and amenities like heated bathroom floors, towel warmer, beach gear, make this stay away from home even more special. Very peaceful and quiet street. Although there isn’t really a view from the balcony and the pool was very small, it was nice and private.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sapphire. It was very clean, spacious and we felt right at home. The host was very responsive and very accomidating. The place held up to its namesake as it's a true GEM on SPI. We wiill most definitely be back again and Sapphire will be our first choice. Thank you for a great stay for our family vacation. Roberto made us feel just like home, always available to respond our messages. Condo has a private beach access, will definitely book it again.

This location is one of our favorite spots to stay and second time staying in this room; can tell they took past feedback as well. Padre Escapes is easy to communicate with, and facility staff are always friendly and helpful.

The stay was perfect for my Mother’s Day weekend with the kids!! Pool was great and close to beach access!! Loved it all. Only thing was the pullout bed was a little tricky but we got it 😊 definitely would stay again!!

This place is super convenient for the beach, just a short walk. The bedroom setup is great for families.
