Monthly Rentals in Pajaro Dunes

Very simple, clean, and comfy. At the time of this review, one of the neighbors seems to have some pretty vocal dogs that you’ll be able to hear clearly but that didn’t bother us at all. I feel they have a right to speak up in this world as they please. But if that sort of thing bothers you, it’ll be worth taking note of this. (There was a tub of ear plugs by the bed if needed.) No issues with the place. Would recommend!

Just the place my family needed to escape the city and relax. The unit was so close to the beach which made it easy to come and go. I loved sitting on the porch in the mornings with a cup of coffee. I even saw a whale and dolphins one morning. The murphy bed was the most comfortable stow-able bed I've ever experienced—worlds better than a sofa bed. Kitchen was well equipped with high-quality cookware and dishes. The furniture was cozy. thanks!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and Pacific Ocean. Short walk (300 yards) to the beach along a boardwalk or enjoy the views from the livingroom through the large picture windows or deck. Perfect for a couple or young family (the two twin beds in the second bedroom are quite small but my 20 something daughters had no complaints). Abundant bird watching opportunities along with the occasional sea lion\seal and otter.

We selected the home to celebrate a 60th birthday with siblings. It was perfect for our group of five. We walked (and ran) on the beach, did puzzles, made meals together, and spent quality time just hanging out. Kitchen has everything one could need. Plenty of supplies. Clear instructions and expectations. We’d absolutely return.
