The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Vacation home in the chestnut forest

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. The apartment has an ideal location to discover the many recreational opportunities that this place brings. The vineyards invite you to wonderful walks and the adjacent Palatinate Forest is worth a visit. The proximity to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region also opens up the possibility for great shopping trips and of course you can also try our own wines.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. A real shepherd's wagon awaits you, which offers much more than it did to the shepherd back then. You sleep in a cozy bed, can turn on the stove, enjoy your food and drink at the table and look into the forest. You can shower in a red wine barrel and at night you don't have to go out if you need to. Electricity and water are of course available. When it's warm, it's also worth visiting the swimming pool.

The Villa Ludwigshöhe, the Rietburg ruins, which can be reached on a romantic path with the Rietburg cable car, the wildlife sanctuary located there and a panoramic café are just some of the beautiful excursion destinations.

Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

Lovingly expanded holiday apartment with natural materials and wall heating, in a small quiet village near the city of Meisenheim, surrounded by lots of nature and forest. The former servants' quarters of the original farmhouse was lovingly converted by us into a spacious attic apartment. The apartment, which has been extended into the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 75 m² apartment there is a double bedroom and baby bed and a large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.

Vacation home "JungPfalzTraum" in the Palatinate Forest

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.
