The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Our district is idyllically and quietly located above the Moselle and is a perfect starting point for motorcycle/bicycle/hiking tours/boat trips or simply to relax.
