Here you will find a nice bright studio apartment. The gable sides are glazed and each equipped with a balcony. In the middle of the apartment there are an additional 10 skylights that provide a pleasant living environment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with rain shower, sink with mirror and toilet. A bed 140/200 and a sofa bed are available for sleeping. The bed is visually separated from the rest of the room by a thread curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The cooking and dining area is immediately adjacent to the cozy TV corner and also the reading corner.

GRUBER vacation home - 1 bedroom

With about 950 inhabitants, Halsbach is the smallest municipality in the district of Altötting. The small town is located in the idyllic foothills of the Alps and impresses on "föhnigen" days with good distant views with a magnificent view of the Bavarian mountains. The nearby pilgrimage site of Altötting with its churches and Christian sights, the longest castle in Europe in Burghausen and the proximity to Lake Chiem make the region the ideal starting point for a vacation in Bavaria.

We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Cozy and quiet 60 sqm attic apartment in a newly built country house in an idyllic village. Up to five people can have a great vacation here and get to know the beautiful Chiemgau. Families with children are very welcome! In addition to the wonderful toys for the little ones, there is now a great foosball table for the big ones! Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
