New apartment in luxury complex. GYM. Heated pools

Beautiful apartment in a new modern luxury complex in Palm Mar. It has everything that you need for a comfortable stay: charming bedroom with a large bed (1.80m), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine etc.), high speed Wi Fi, Smart TV. One parking place is available also. You will feel cozy on a big and quiet south facing terrace (24m2) with large sofa enjoying nice view of the National reserve and ocean in private and romantic atmosphere away from prying eyes. The view of sunset is also magnificent here. The living room is spacious and comfortable, large sofa with many pillows can be easily transformed into a comfortable double bed. There is a beautiful garden in the inner court of the complex and if you wish you can visit fitness center, also you can swim in one of two heated swimming pools or just burn under the sun. There is a supermarket, fruteria and Italian restaurants just across the street and a great amount of restaurants, bars, cafe on walking distance from the complex. You are very welcome!

The apartment is spacious, all rooms are bright. There is a big, terrace where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday admiring the ocean and mountain views. The apartment has WI-FI (a router). Internet speed is unlimited. In the bedroom: double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, spacious chest of drawers. It is possible to install a baby cot. In the living room: leather sofa, a sofa bed for 1 person, TV, computer table, in the dining area - a large glass table and four chairs.

We had an excellent stay, the accommodation was very nice, clean and easy to access. I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy the sea view from the terrace and if you want to easily discover Tenerife!

Excellent stay, very peaceful location whilst only 10 minutes (traffic dependent) from Costa Adeje, Las Americas and the wider “tourist” areas. The apartment was very clean and the wider complex was beautifully landscaped. The pool was mostly quiet when we stayed and very peaceful. The only comment I would make is the car garage: if you have a car bigger than a small city car, I.e. a VW Up, you will struggle to park it. In our case, we tried to for 20 minutes, almost crashing it many times, and then decided to park on the street for the rest of the week. However, this wasn’t an issue at all as there was always on street parking available right in front of the complex, which is free at all times. Overall a great experience and we would not hesitate to return.

A lovely venue, even better than what we were expecting. We particularly enjoyed the calm of this peaceful place, away from the crowd and still close to town so you can get your supplies easily. A warm welcome from the host, accurate guiding instructions to find the venue and pro-active communication from the host, so everything went smoothly. A lot of different beautiful and interesting places to visit nearby and plenty excursions to enjoy. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Ben and Bea's villa, it was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything you would need and the BBQ included was great. My 2 boys absolutely loved the pool and were in it all day most days. We loved the area, it is quieter than other parts of Tenerife but there are loads of lovely restaurants, bars and places to have a coffee. There are also a few lovely walks in the near by nature reserve. Bea and Ben were so lovely and helpful from the original booking to letting us have a late check out on our last day.

Beautiful new build apartment in green complex

The apartment was pristine, fully equipped with high end appliances and everything else you need for a super comfortable stay. We cooked a lot in the apt as the kitchen and utensils were amazing. Bed was super comfortable and plenty of closet space. Bathroom was huge, private patio was also super spacious. The complex is very private and secure. Underground car parking available and ample parking outside too. Everything about the apt and location exceeded expectations.
