Holiday rentals with lake access in Panama City

We stayed at the Aqua Live Under the Sea home and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect just a short walk to a quiet, private beach with soft white sand and stunning views. The home was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our family. The beds were comfortable, and there were more than enough towels and walk-in showers to keep things convenient. Everything felt clean, cozy, and welcoming. This was a great spot for a peaceful family vacation.

Very nice condo! Good location and proximity to beach. Some days have limited shaded seating at the pools, so keep that in mind on hotter days. Overall, we had a great time staying at Khoi's place! Great view on the beach!

This home was such a blessing to us! We didn't realize how amazing it was to be able to use the golf cart to get to the beach AND Publix until we got there. It made our travel so stress free and convenient! I was grateful for the host's maps they provided so we never felt confused on where to go. We also loved that the house was so close to great restaurants at and around Rosemary Beach. The home was clean and incredibly kid friendly in its amenities for my 3 and 1 year old. Wish we could have stayed another day!

Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!

This place was amazing! It was peaceful and serene. No way to be bored with all the amenities and walking distance to the beach. The host was so nice and responded quickly. We could have stayed longer! This place is definitely one to keep in the favorites. Its the home away from home. Thank you for accommodating us and a wonderful time!

The Pineapple Bungalow is a great spot for a couple or small family to stay while visiting Highway 30A. It's located right off the main road, next to Publix, CVS, a bunch of restaurants, and <5 minutes to the closest beach (which is beautiful). The hosts are super communicative and sent very detailed check-in instructions and recommendations for places to eat and sightsee nearby. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit the beach.

We had a very peaceful vacation. Everything was as described. Beautiful home and property. I would stay again.

Great place for our group. Everyone had their own bedroom and full bath. This home was well stocked with all the basics you need for the week. It’s super convenient to the public beach access and many restaurants and bars. Rebecca was super responsive throughout the entire stay. We had a great time and look forward to returning in the future.

The place was very beautiful looked better in person than the pictures… lots of pots, pans, and plates for those cooking.. LOTs of beach toys, house was very comfortable, comfy bed and couches

This was our first time staying at this location, and we would absolutely book this unit again. Everything was clean and the location to the beach and great restaurants was perfect. We loved having the bikes to ride to the beach, and to nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

Overall, this condo was a 10/10! Beautiful and peaceful location, steps away from the beach and Roysan’s condo had more than enough space and amenities. My only complaint would be around the dirty dishes and items in the kitchen, but overall, I would love to visit again and I am thankful for such a responsive and attentive host!

Louis’s space was perfect for our stay. Super nice and has everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfy, shower was amazing, and the bidet was a nice touch. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony overlooking the pool with our coffee each morning. Close to several good restaurants in both PCB and Rosemary.

Great vacation spot. Loved view of lake and close to beach. Amazing. Helpful and accessible hosts. They have created a wonderful home away from home! Definitely would stay again!

We LOVED our stay beautiful views and beautiful home. There isn’t a TV in the bedroom so be mindful however everything else was AMAZING will book again if in the area !

stayed at one of Lee’s Seagrove properties recently and couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more thoughtful hosting experience. The bungalow was clean, well-appointed, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. Communication was clear and timely, and Lee made the whole process easy, from check-in to checkout. The location was ideal—quiet, yet close to everything I needed. Grateful for the hospitality!

Host was very responsive and friendly. The place had everything imaginable to be able to cook for our family. Patio space was great to have another family staying in PCB over to grill out and sit outside to eat and enjoy the weather and company. We really enjoyed our stay! Easy walking to the private beach access. Chairs and beach cart available were super helpful! Kids loved walking to mini golf, carts, and Alvin’s too!

Second time staying here. I selfishly don’t want to leave a review bc it’s truly a hidden gem. Sandy and Larry are fantastic hosts. Amazingly stocked Airbnb, all the soaps shampoos etc that you need, always a stocked kitchen, lots of beach towels, plenty of bath towels, beach chairs, etc. Everything that you would need for a little beach vacation. It’s a mini kitchenette in the unit but plenty to do some basic cooking. The location is perfect to walk to the beach. Hope you enjoy this gem as much as we do every time.

Great stay. Master bedroom bed was comfy and the bedding was soft. Slept like a baby. Lots of floor mats all around which is a beach necessity to keep sand out and comfy in. Rain shower head was a treat and the water pressure was great. Shower curtain was a little pink around the bottom indicating a need to be washed or bleached. Not a big deal and my eyes were closed enjoying the rain head shower anyway. Guest bed wasn’t quite as comfy as the master, but my daughter didn’t have any trouble sleeping in each day. Black out window coverings would be a nice addition as it gets bright early at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, but the only we used during our stay was the fridge and mw. Checkout duties were normal start the dw and washing machine before you leave. Nothing ridiculous. Wife mentioned that the kitchen cabinets and stove front could use a deep clean. We did have guests in the attached apt. During our stay in the main unit. I could hear them pretty clearly through the walls.

Lauren’s place was good. Their cleaners did not show up between the people checking out the morning we checked in. Lauren offered some solutions and it was taken care of. She reimbursed our cleaning fee and was finding a new cleaner to use. We had an issue with the clothes dryer not drying well and she sent a guy out the next day to fix it. Overall place was as described cute place nice walking distance to a nice part of the beach. I would say it’s in the more quiet part of PCB which having kids with us is a plus. I would stay there again. Just a few minute drive to pier park and close to gas stations and dollar general. Overall good location and nice place. Also the back yard area is great for people with small dogs very private and super cute with the Astro turf and seating.

We decided to book a place close to Panama City Beach to vacation. The stay was at a great location by a fresh water lake and about 30 minutes from PCB. We were allowed an early check-in which was awesome to be able to spend the day longer. The laundry room is communion shared and there is room to park a 25 foot boat or greater I'll say. The only drawback is if you plan on cooking large home meals, the kitchenette is limited. Overall this was a good value and I feel will succeed for future occupants.

This is our second time returning to this cottage and we just love it! Everything about this Airbnb is amazing. The host was very responsive when we had internet issues that were caused from a storm. Had the issue fixed within a couple hours. The house is super charming and in a great location. Beds and pillows are very comfortable! Our dogs love the fenced in yard. We will be returning next year I’m sure of it!!!

This has been the BEST airbnb I've stayed at so far. Will definitely be getting this place again on my next visit to Panama city.

Lovely home and location especially for a family with children! Has everything you need at the house and lots of things to do in the surrounding area. It didn’t feel like a typical AirBnB with most basic amenities possible, it was truly nearly as comfortable as our own home. Thanks for having us!
