Holiday rentals with a sauna in Panama City

We have stayed in the Yoo building previously and very much enjoy the location. It is perfectly situated to have easy access to the Cinta Costera, has wonderful views, close to many good restaurants and has excellent amenities. What drew me to this particular apartment was that it looked so spacious and comfy, especially for quiet nights in. The sofa is so comfortable I hardly wanted to leave! The main bedroom was large with a comfortable bed and pillows and plenty of storage space. I was a bit worried about the noise based on some of the reviews I had seen but it never bothered us. We might have used the balcony more if it was on a higher floor but that was about it in terms of being impacted by the traffic. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions or issues so that our visit went very smoothly and we especially appreciated the flexibility around checking in and out. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed. The location was close to everything that I needed it to be. The rooms and the dining area were pristine, everything was awesome and even better than the photos honestly. The view from this place was completely wonderful. I would absolutely stay here anytime in the Panama.

Martin’s penthouse is our home away from home in Panama! We love the views, the cleanliness of the penthouse and the safety provided to the guests. We will continue to book this penthouse anytime that we visit Panama! We can’t wait to go back!

We were there due to job, so didn’t have much time to explore. The place itself is exactly as described; nice gym, small but clean pool on the roof and the view from there were a bonus. There was an easy access to the beach. The appartment was clean, spacious, and had a nice balcony viewing the jungles. The location might be perfect for those who look for nature and solitude. Laura is a great host, always helpful and available. We also were allowed to have quite a late checkout. What one should consider when booking: there’re no shops or grocery stores nearby, and the bars or restaurants are only the ones in the nearby hotel. Everything is easy to reach though with a taxi: quite cheap, easy to get, and it takes ca. 10 min to the grocery store, and 20-30 min to the old town.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent—close to everything we needed. The host was very responsive and communicated in a timely manner. They also kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a big help. While we did experience an issue with the hot water, the host addressed it and had it fixed the next day. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this place.

A very incredible place to stay, perfect location, the most exclusive in Panama, everything nearby. Restaurants and supermarket, 15 minutes from the airport. Definitely, whenever you have to travel to Panama, you have to stay here. I hope they don't raise the price per night

The place was great. We loved the cleanliness of the apartment. The water view and convenience of Ave. Balboa was perfect. Great location, great unit, really helpful on-site security. Bonus points for the door to the lobby being off of Ave. Balboa. I would definitely stay here again. Bring your own garbage bags and extra paper towels, if you will be there for longer than 3-4 days.

I had to make last minute reservations and CJ was more than accommodating. The space is as advertised clean, safe, modern and beautiful. The view of the city is gorgeous and moving around is simple. CJ is easy to work with and a pleasure. Highly recommended and will be using again on my return trips.

Everything is excellent. Perfect place if you want to stay in a quiet environment and close to mall, restaurants, cafe. When I come back I would stay there again

Alcira and her husband are great hosts. They are kind, polite, careful. Alcira is super responsive, and a sweet person. I felt totally welcomed and comfortable. The bedroom has a good size, the bed is large and comfortable The bathroom is private, clean and has a good size. The kitchen is well equipped for long and short staying. I stayed for one month and felt super comfortable. I would certainly stay there again when returning to Panama.

We stayed at this apartment for 5 nights during our Panama City trip . For us it was kind of home away from home . It’s a bit far from main town but uber is easily available. There is a neighbourhood which has supermarket and cafe and is at 3.7 km . If you are coming with family , this is the place . The apartment is quite big . Kitchen has plenty of pots , pans and crockery . For us it was very convenient as we have been travelling for two months and we prefer to cook our own meals .
