It offers 100 meters of banks on the river with its private dock. A fountain flows at the foot of the house. This little paradise offers all the basic comforts for an unforgettable break of nature

In a superb private mansion in the heart of the city with a view of one of the most beautiful squares in Nantes and located close to prestigious sites such as the Art Museum and the Castle of the Dukes, come and discover this 180 m2 apartment with refined, historical and luxurious decoration where each room is a journey. The apartment consists of two large bright living rooms, two bedrooms (king size bed and double bed), a boudoir (sofa bed), two bathrooms and a fitted kitchen.

La Haute Boulière lodge

With easy access from the A11 motorway, this cottage benefits from the proximity of Nantes and Angers and the town of Ancenis located 10 minutes away.<br><br>A former farmhouse tastefully renovated, the owner has managed to preserve the character of this large historic building while adding modern comfort. Thus the insulation and windows are recent and the heating is provided by geothermal energy which ensures a regulated temperature throughout the 240m² of the house.<br><br>

This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The house is composed of a bedroom with its walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom, an equipped kitchen/living room that can accommodate young and old, a living room with a double sofa bed. You can enjoy a terrace to take your meals or relax and an outdoor space of 3800m2 with swimming pool (from May 29 to the end of September). Our house is also on this property.
